It probably will, but the best way to know is to try.

You can always try the Sculpt version, that should work fine,

but both of them should be used with the original top mesh.

I've adapted some of the sculpts and body details to make them more SFW and adapted them into my mod, found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/thesims4/mods/2066 (with permission of course (thanks PcNerd!)), to add a bit of extra flavor for those who want it.
