Alright I figured out how to get the look I wanted for Ryza's default. If anyone wants Thicc Ryza, here's the elixir and textures I made. Let me know if anything weird happens. I'm playing with it now and I don't see any major issues. To get the cape the way I wanted it, I basically made its texture transparent partway up and removed the texture for the frills and buckle near the bottom. This way, she still has a bit of cape, and you can still see her now plump, juicy buttocks.

So on a non-boobah related topic, how's the game,is it worth buying,is it similar to Dragon Quest 11 in terms of gameplay/atmosphere ,for people who played that one ?

It's not quite like that. I really enjoyed it, though.

So, in terms of battle, exploration, etc. it's a turn based JRPG. It has its own different systems and such, but if you think of it that way, that gets you most of the way there on what you should expect. (EDIT: Technically, it's closer to an ATB system than pure turn-based)

What really sets it apart vs other JRPGs is the crafting system. Not only can you make weapons, armor, consumable items, etc., but you can get especially good at making them and customizing them to have stronger or additional affects. Many of the ingredients to the better gear are also crafted ingredients, so you can make better gear from those ingredients if they were better crafted in the first place. Most importantly, gear tends to inherit the abilities and bonuses from its ingredients, which can allow you to stack some really impressive combinations of effects together.

I've not played other atelier games, and I've heard they're even quite a bit deeper, but the crafting system in this game is deeper and more engaging than in any other game I've played, that I can think of.

EDIT: Oh, and another cool thing. So you get a device early on that allows you to use consumables from recoverable charges. So "consumable" items like bombs and potions aren't really used up. So feel free to make the most amazing bomb in the history of bombs, and then throw it as many times as you like.

Hmm,well that sounds really nice, love crafting in JRPG's.What about exploration,is it the same JRPG style, like are there town's with Item/Armor/Weapon shops ?

Like ,I love after fighting monsters, doing a dungeon to just enter a new town and explore a bit, browse the shops,do some side-quests,just soak the atmosphere. Will this scratch that itch ?

Also ,do you have the dlc's ? Are they worth it ?

Another question sorry : Are the party members around you when exploring the towns/overworld ,can you like change the line-up and explore as a party member ?

It’s a little hard to explain until you try it, but crafting is really kind of everything. The first time you completely break the game you’ll be hooked. Almost nothing else matters - for example your character levels, you might gain 1-2 strength per level, but you could craft a weapon that increases your strength by 170 which would put a level 1 character past a level-capped character who otherwise didn’t have that weapon. So buying weapons in store is possible but pointless. Instead you’ll look for the ingredients and traits (both gathering and in stores) that help you craft. Since levels don’t matter, you don’t really need combat either except again to get ingredients and traits. It’s a weird study in just how far you can take crafting lol. But it’s a lot of fun. And it’s mostly optional, but the game will be much harder if you don’t want to take advantage of crafting.

That said, the gameplay loop you mention is mostly there intact, although kind of limited in Ryza 1. There’s more variety in Ryza 2, and Ryza 3 is straight-up open world. The thing about these games, even Ryza 1, is that you can literally do whatever you want. Want to leave the dungeon in the middle to craft a new item just because you finally found a certain ingredient? You totally can. Then go back and start exploring again, and see how your new items wreck the landscape. Or go do a side quest, or explore a different area, then come back. So it’s not as much of a loop as other JRPGs.

The DLCs are definitely not necessary and generally not worth it although I got the Ryza 2 set on sale and I may for Ryza 1 during the next sale.

On the overworld you only control Ryza. But the engine allows for easy swaps if that’s your thing.

Well, you sold me,will wait for a better sale for the first one then.

Thanks for the info and sorry for the late replies.

So after I finish modeling with blender, I can't export the drivermesh files. Anyone know how to do that?

4D meshes cannot be modified. I’m not sure why you are having trouble exporting driver meshes, but I you should know (and I’ve clearly documented) that my import script ignores both driver meshes and transformed meshes.

Hello together.

I have no idea if this is of interest here - I got into the Ryza series a little late -, but I'll leave it here for you to look at anyway.

Atelier Ryza 1 Costume Mod - Charming Bunny (for 3DMigoto)

Attention:

This mod was created with the "Female roster skins - 3dMigoto enabler" of 3Dmigoto (easy to find with a Search Engine of your choice).

The installation of this version (more precisely the corresponding ini file) is mandatory for the correct execution of this mod. Other versions may cause glitches or crashes.

Ryza1_CharmBunny_02.jpg.cd24c69d8ae0da13b529baa4e46f90fb.jpgRyza1_CharmBunny_03.jpg.ababa750cdf38f6db48319914b5c828b.jpgRyza1_CharmBunny_01.jpg.ba7179322dc5059d6a08fceab30001f6.jpg

How to Install

  • Install and Run 3DMigoto at least once.
  • Copy the contents of the zip folder to the "Mods" folder in the game's installation directory.
  • Start the game and press the "F10" key.

How to use ingame

  • Choose the "Sunlight Flower" costume in the "Dressing Room" menu.

Note:

This costume replaces her "Sunlight Flower" costume. You must own the related DLC for this mod to work.

This mod was created for learning 3DMigoto and the corresponding tools. I had originally started with other games, but then realized that 3DMigoto works well with games from Koei Tecmo and just gave it a try. I was actually quite happy with the result.

Of course, this means that this mod is really just an attempt and therefore anything but perfect: So expect clipping, false weights, texture errors, etc.

And please don't be surprised about the different eye and hair color in the first two screenshots. These were part of another mod / another mod attempt and are not included here. With this base mod, Ryza still has her normal hair and eye color in the game, as seen in the third screenshot.

If you want to fix bugs or port the mod, feel free.

Have fun with it!

I cannot diagnose your issues from those screenshots, but the three general rules you must adhere to when weight painting / mesh transferring are:

  1. Vertices cannot belong to more than 3 groups
  2. You cannot use weight groups (bones) that are not in the bone palette for that submesh
  3. All weights on a vertex must add up to 1

Is there any way to remove the restriction on having more than three vector groups for the same vertex when exporting .vb+.ib files in Blender? I'm not sure why I don't have this limitation when exporting .vb+.ib files for Trails of Cold Steel 4.

I do not know if this is the answer to your question, but @fiore99 is almost always correct so I would try this: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/207752-atelier-ryza-3-alchemist-of-the-end-and-the-secret-key-nude-mods/?do=findComment&comment=4056532

How do I get this to work on switch? I can load the game from atmosphere but I don't see any changes except for the menu images, those are nude.

Does anyone have a full pack with file structure for switch with the latest atmosphere of all the nude mods for Ryza and other female characters?
