It is not working for me. I see words that someone is on someone but then nothing happends. Random sex works but this nope. There are dialogs but then nothing.

That's all the mod does, it doesn't actually make NPCs have sex.

What mod would you suggest to show NPCs actually having sex, then? Is there anything "lite" that just initiates the sex using the events from this mod?

thats confusing...
from the mod description it pretty much sounds like it is supposed to make NPC's engage in sexual activity...
and comments like this on the oldrim version suggest exactly that.

Maybe the mod is not triggering the right events for the SE dependency versions?
Or did that functionality get removed at some point?

edit:
so,  according to the SE Conversion thread the patch/update adcSexLife Plus is SE compatible (works as is)
maybe that will work to initiate sex after dialogue - though according to the mod page it requires a clean save.

if that fails Scent of Sex might serve as an alternative without the banter.

 

update:

I've now seen npc's actually engage in sex scene without using sexlife plus.

though player/npc interaction still stops at npc speaking its line - no dialogue options after that. Its weird, it feels like the npc is supposed to trigger a conversiation but just stands there until a hidden timer runs out or you speak manually with normal dialogue/conversation options.

I keep having this problem when an actor will approach my character but no dialogue is ever initiated, they just stand there until the approach time runs out. Does anybody know a fix for this? I am using Minimal Oblivion Dialogue menu but idk if thats the problem.

Hello.
On some of my backups, Sexlife doesn't seem to work anymore. No more notifications, nothing.
For example, on one of my saves I was playing a moment ago. I had two npgs sleeping together after Sexlife, then I got a blue screen, so when I restarted my save, the mod didn't seem to work anymore.
Is there anything I can do to fix this, to get it working again?

Using old saves is a bad idea, since there may be mods added or removed, or load order changed which can all effect how any mod can work or not work. You can try cleaning your saves with Resaver (part of FallRim Tools on Nexus)

That's a Sexlab Framework/SKSE issue. Make sure you're using the most up to date version of it for the game version you have.

Thanks for your help ! But I'm using sexlab V1.63, so I have to update to AE version to make it working normally? And I also wonder if the funiture without collision mod or furniture sex framework ruining this mod.

If you have the AE automatic update then yes, you need to update all your mods tot he AE version even if you didn't buy the full AE

Sadly I havn't update to AE version ,maybe old vrsion of sexlab causing the problem, thanks anyway.

I got an issue and am wondering if anyone here can help. I remember this mod from Skyrim LE and decided to try it out for SE, but for some reason actors won't talk to each other after approaching, resulting in the timer to time out and both of them not doing anything. Has anyone had a similiar problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Back in LE it definitely made them have Sex as well, I remember that since I had the mod in LE.

thIs mod only adding conversation? Doesn't it connect to the sex scene? The explanation says it connects to the sex scene. No matter how long I wait in the game, I can't connect to the sex scene. The conversation works very well.

#1 make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you have all the required mods listed on the download page. #2 Try using the esp from the oldrim version of the mod. It worked when I uploaded it 2 years ago though. but under certain circumstances converting the esp can break scripts. If it work as intended with the oldrim esp I'll revert the download's esp back to form 43, but MO2 and Vortex with throw a fit about that.

i can definitely vouch that this mod works, and it will lead to sex scenes between npcs (if you have sexlab and animations installed, obviously)

 

the trick is to get the actor's attributes and animation tags right so this mod can actually produce some decent result, and this is actually the hardest part

 

everytime when i start a new game, i have to reconfigure all the mods, and this mod is among all the sexlab mods, the hardest one to get to work

 

because the description for each setting is so vague, half of the time im asking myself "by checking this box, am i enabling it or disabling it???"

 

sure, the debug feature is there to help you to identify the problem, but the lines it shows you on the screen are so weirdly worded so that you dont understand whats wrong either.

What is it trying to tell me if it says "Sexlife: SexActor Retry Error 0 Lydia Nord" ??? yeah i know lydia is a nord, what about it? i didnt check her "same race" setting, so why is it this still an issue?

 

 

so, in short, this mod has the potential to be one among the best sexlab mods there are, but it's just so user-unfriendly that many people assume it's broken or something.
