Even this part of the quest was broken however, as once you're given this bounty mid-dialogue, the guards from outside the room rush in to arrest you while you're with the Jarl and it makes the whole thing broken af. So BEFORE you talk to the guards, use the console command key (~) click on the guards outside the room, and type "kill" or "disable" to get rid of them both. Only then can you actually talk to the Jarl, ask for forgiveness "like only a woman can" by suckin' and fuckin', and move on. 

After the Jarl cums, it's time to get to Cidhna mine. You removed the guards outside the doorway to the Jarl's throne, so walk around a bit and find another. They'll approach you, select "I submit, take me to jail".
 

Now remember, the quest says "Speak to Cidhna Mine wardens", right?

Well, the Cidhna Mine "wardens" (they're just guards, a prison only has one warden, but I digress) are behind the locked gate behind you in the room you're brought to. This gate here:

You need a key to get through that gate. However, if you speak to the Orc and follow the obvious path, it sends you down into mine to talk to prisoners, pleasure them, and work. There's literally nothing else you can do down there and the quest gives you no markers or prompts to get to the wardens any other way. If there is another way to get to them, I couldn't find it or my game is broken somehow. Even talking to the Orc female at the start of the mine didn't bring up any speech options to get to the wardens in the locked gate behind us. So what to do?DO NOT go into the mine. Close the text box with the Orc, turn around, and walk up to the above gate. Open your console again and press ~. Type "tcl" which is no clip, walk through the door, "tcl" again to turn off no clip, and go down to the ground floor. There you will find the wardens.

   -Even if you defeat such creatures, you still don't know how to make this ingredient into a potion. You go back to that potion seller scammer, who says: "bring me an ale maybe I can tell you how you can craft the potion." You bring and ale and he tells you, you only need to mix it with hot water in a pot and laughs. When he leaves, he steals the ingredient without you noticing. You check on the sick man who caughs non-stop. Tell him it will be ok. When you try to make the potion you realise the ingredient is gone.

      option.1 -> chase him. But if you can catch him, he will frame you for false accusation. Guards will believe him (maybe he plants the ingerdient back on you and tells on guards) You will have a punishment on the spot or a bounty and the man escapes.

      option.2 -> You have to find another one of this ingredient yourself. (it can be either at the same place or you can ask an innkeeper or a potion seller to find a new location, maybe a more dangerous one, making you hate him while trying to obtain the new one.)

   - With ingredient back on you, you make the potion and rush to man who was ill. He drinks it and gets better, he asks for money to start a new life since he spent all his money on worthless medinices.

         If you agree -> he will take the money and steal some more gold from you. Than walks away.

         If you disagree -> he say, he understands than he steal some gold from you. Than walks away.

As far as I remember, you can make a scroll that executes a script, and then use ZaZ to lock equip a collar onto them. You can also make a subquest where the scroll can instead misfire and lock the collar onto you and the target then follows you permanently until you get the collar off.

 

While you have the collar on, each npc can have a certain personality. One is the usual Domination/Sadistic one. The other can be a submissive one where domination loss happens. When the npc tries to dominate the PC, the PC can turn the tables on them and dominate them instead. This results in them taking off the collar from you and putting it on themself after say 10 or more times of sex.

 

Another way to get off the collar can be a key or scroll in the follower's inventory that you can use to unlock the collar.  After you get the collar off you can then have an option to voluntarily put the collar on yourself, or ask an NPC to put it on you for more submissive additional dialogues.

 

A different approach is to go to Drevis Neloren or someone in the College of Winterhold to get the collar off of you. Then you can make a dialogue where Drevis instead moves the control of the collar to himself and makes the control spell directly into you or a  harness or piercing or something innocuous.

 

Instead of Drevis, you can also make him direct you to a separate Altmer NPC, who turns out to be Ancano in a disguise (Maybe he had a phylactery or horcrux (from harry potter) that possessed a spare body he created via alchemy or something).

 

Ancano is revealed to be the creator of this device, and then controls the player with his hidden master control of the collar. Then instead of a collar, a harness would be much more inconspicuous, so Ancano shifts the control curse to the harness, forces PC to wear that.

 

After that, if the PC is the Archmage, he then implements various policies that slowly put the other female mages under his control, and to bring over the male mages, he makes PC and other female mages Freeuse to them.

 

Maybe make add Thalmor disguised as mages around the college, and they ask PC for sex?

 

Another subquest would be given by Ancano to bring Winterhold under his control by selling your body to the Nords (Basically, selling the chance to have a child with the Dragonborn in exchange for the college).

Honestly the "more details" part doesn't help much since all we got are basically just quests' names. I really love this mod but sometimes it did get stuck (for example the map quest mark would stop working from time to time), also this is a massive mod so players could easily miss some content, and they can't find those from "more details". for some reason i didnt have phain enabled in the maven briar quest so i tried the setquestaliases trick someone recommended earlier, on top of running the batupdate toh and i got an aliases failed from that. Does anyone know what can cause a setquestalias to fail? It worked for every other quest though but only this one failed.
