Guest Donkey Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Actually that is what i been doing i used extender skeleton to animate the above, but the current mesh for male does not look right in game. My game currently has breeze male mesh installed. when i deactivated that and installed extender it now looks like this, even with archiveinvalidation activated. BNB does not allow me to animate male genital like extender does. How hard will it be, to create a new mesh and weight it to a skeleton that can animate every part of it ?? BNB is great but some part can;t be animated, Extender is great but there is no clothes created it for it. So that is a great dillema.

BNB does, I think BX does too. I'll take a closer look. How hard will it be, to create a new mesh and weight it to a skeleton that can animate every part of it ?? BNB is great but some part can;t be animated, Extender is great but there is no clothes created it for it. So that is a great dillema. That will require an entirely new skeleton, and THEN a new mesh weighted to that skeleton. There is a skeleton here created by one of our members that has all the parts of both (with no duplicates) called "THE Skeleton WIP", it also has wing and tail bones. The bones in that skeleton all need renamed to match the BNB names, then the leftovers renamed to match the BX names. After that, any type3 mesh already weighted to BNB would work with it, but the BX weighting would have to be added.

It will need to have added the ability to "mark" an animation as BnB or BX so that the appropriate body can be chosen for body substitution on the fly. Currently the animation only works for the BX male and, I'm guessing, the BnB female? Probably be easiest if we just preface the reference id with "BX" and inform users that if a BX animation is played, they will have their body substituted appropriately. Maybe make it an MCM option (enable BX animations yes/no)? Not trying to discourage you, just trying to figure out how to support BX and BnB together in SexoutNG. I'm all for using either one, it's why the compatability skeleton exists. Oh, and that animation looks great. Awesome job, as always, Donkey.

A body mesh would have to be weighted to one or the other and the skeleton would have to choose between BnB breast bones or BE breast bones (and genitalia bones as well). The bone names are different for those two body meshes. If there is such a body, I'd like a link please.

This means sexout will work, and have nude actors during sex, even when the player has no body replacement mods (breezes, roberts, typeX, etc.) installed. It's there mainly for people that want "naked" people in general to look different from people having sex; e.g. you can install breezes and a non-nude type3 default body, and then use a bodysuit during sex.

[/quote'] I've done some experiments with dual weighted bodies. I've sent astymma a file, let's see whether I messed up and if the dual weighted body works.

For male i used Breeze, but it did not contain dick support. It was just attached to the full body mesh so animating it was impossible for dick part like bodyextender can.

[/quote'] If it's weighted *completely* to my skeleton it will have vagina.L and vagina.R which you can use to do horizontal motion of the vaginal lips. If you install the Body Extender esp and try out the "eat her out on a pool table" animation, you'll see the male tongue animation possibilities and the vaginal animation in action. Also, facial animation.

[/quote'] I know this post was a while ago but to correct the texture issues, you'll need Robert's male body textures since the body extender body is based on Robert's mesh.

Edit: I was going to correct my typo above but calling it "Boxy Extender" when discussing the vaginal lip bones is too perfect...lol

[/quote'] I think to weight the vaginal lips you'd do a standard center gradient weight paint. So 100% at the middle of the vagina (vertically) tapering off as you go up or down. That way the middle would open more wide than the top or bottom. Actually, the more I think about it, it would be a sunburst gradient, but only half of it. So a center half circle of 100% at the middle, tapering off in every direction to 0%. That way the vagina would open but the lips above and below center would open less and the skin around the vagina would deform less. Either that or only weight paint a tiny area around the vagina. To be perfectly honest, we may need to add the interior as a prop so when the lips are spread you wouldn't just see a massively deformed texture from the skin dds.

It is breast weighted for both BNB and BE using astymma's skeleton, and also includes the tongue from BE. astymma's skeleton must be installed. There are two limitations and a disclaimer: 1. I have not thoroughly tested this, but it appears it will only work correctly you install the BNB animations first and then install the Body Extender animations on top of them. Installing only the Body Extender locomotion animations may result in infinite breasts in first person. I recommend the female walking animations from Body Extender as it supports separate breast and nipple bones rather than breast bones alone, hence it looks better. 2. I can't get x-mirror working in Blender so the left and right breast weights may not be 100% aligned. 3. I haven't tested the tongue. Please provide constructive feedback, I appreciate it. I'll get vagina bones a shot at later date but I should probably finish up a few RL things before I do. Please don't redistribute until later when things are sorted out, this more of a proof of concept. Special thanks to astymma for being the first tester.
