Skyrim literally threw a book at me!

I was walking around Skyrim outside near Winterhold when a gigantic book that was the size of a mountain fell out of the sky and killed my character. Then my game crashed to desktop. I was so shocked at what happened that I forgot to take a screenshot.

I have many questions:

1. What book was it

2. did you have any mods installed

3. can your character even read? if not, I believe this incident was an effort to punish you for your illiteracy XD

Sounds like something that would happen because your frame-rates were too high. Are you playing on 60 FPS, or more?

I have over 100 mods installed.
