Unfortunately there are also issues with the current version. You need to replace the version you have with version 11_4B. This should fix your issue.

Grey Cloud Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Dimonized UNP female body This is just the body shape. You need to install a skin texture mod for UNP. The reason those females look horrendous is because you have the vanilla skin texture over the UNP body shape. There are lots of skin textures out there: Fair Skin Mature Skin Bijin Leyenda Just remember to make sure you get the UNP (or UUNP) version and don't go for the 4k version.
