I think the Ebony Blade can be charged via rape, which leaves the victim alive but hates you instead of having to kill them. It's also not a skyrim crime (unless you have other mods that make rape/sex a crime). Succubus Heart makes it so having sex builds an "experience" counter, which can give you points to spend on a vanilla skill of your choice, letting you level up those skills via sex not actual combat (kinda useful for the more "grindy" skills). Also lets you kill your victims if you drain enough HP from them, if you select the correct MCM option. This, combined with the right settings, can let you seduce and rape 99% of the enemies you encounter, so yeah, theoretically you can use this to complete most quests.
