I'm having a problem with my PC not equipping the condom when a sex act starts. I definitely have the condom in my inventory and have the settings set so that they should be equipped if available but my PC never actually uses them.

I have something that's been bothering me head a bit.

 

so, my PC - twin pregnancy, have to complete nuka world quest, Kiddie Kingdom.
Full set of hazmat, gears with anti-radiation linings, keeps the PC healthy (less than 1 percent rad rcvd).
But I was surprised when I got back, the checkup indicates 2200 radiation damage to the babies. 

Any idea how to actually protect the pregnancy for heavy radiated areas such as kiddie kingdom and the glowing sea /south commonwealth?

If there's none, I would suggest the use of Rad-x  which is lore friendly, to keep the rad away from "my precious" for a limited period.

I was looking at the old thread. Got baby damage over 2200 doing kiddie kingdom (in full hazmat gear plus). But I managed to get  the doctors to heal it. WIll it still be miscarriage on the next timer? cause that's just wasting hundred of hours gameplay. (yup I set the time pretty pretty long)

what's the best way to keep radiation away ? especially kiddie kingdom and glowing sea ?

Any time you take radiation damage, the baby does as well.  Taking RadX cuts that damage in half.  Having Rad Resistant perk reduces it further. 

 

Taking RadAway reduces the baby's radiation damage by 100.

 

Miscarriage will happen if the baby's radiation level is over 500 at the next update.  If you reduce it below that, be it with a doctor, RadAway, etc, you won't have a miscarriage.

I'm figuring out a way to save the pregnancy under heavy radiated areas. I might try your suggestion of taking rad resist perk first and consistent supply of radaway.
Too bad I wish the gear can actually keep it very low. (hazmat 1000 + other gears probably 100)

Hi all,

i have Fusion Girl ZeX 1.89 and ZeX Skeleton 6. In Body slide there is a slider "Maternity". In Outfit Studio "Belly Pregnant".

First - why is this?

Second is this  correct?

Third - if  so - how can i rename the  slider in Bodyslide - to use the correct Slider Name for the Morphs.

I notice that I have -3 charisma and I check all around for clothing and debuffs and drugs... still don't know where it's missing.

Nope, FPE doesn't do anything with SPECIAL stats.

What do you mean exactly by "doesn't equip the condom"?  The condom is like a chem, it's not actually visible on your character.  However, if you have one in your inventory and the MCM is set up to equip it, your chances of impregnating someone (or being impregnated if this is an NPC male) are greatly reduced.

Outside of a sex act the condom has a visible presence. It appears like a piece of clothing on the penis. Is this not normal? I assumed that was normal and it was meant to be seen during the act too. Hmm

You are using a mod that adds that condom mesh. Or, you are using the other version of FPE if it's an overlay

You were right. I'm using this mod version, but it was another mod that was giving the condom an armature.

I see that the player can craft condoms.  Also, I have notice that condoms and contraceptive pills are available.   Could an update allow creation of contraceptive pills?  NB: before modern medicine, certain combinations of herbs and plants created the effect of aborting the fetus.

I'm getting microstutters whenever the message pops up informing me of what month the pregnancy is. Is this normal? I have it towards the bottom of my load order so I'm not sure if that's the issue. Thanks.

When that happens, the mod updates your character's body morphs to reflect the stage of the pregnancy.  If you are using Fusion Girl or JaneBod and have "Body Morph Realism" set to "Expanded", the mod applies a dozen morphs.  So I suppose depending on the game version and how fast your system is that could cause a temporary stutter, although I have never noticed this myself.

I found giving gifts doesnt seem to have any social effects that I noticed.

whenever I start up fallout 4 it states "AAF Family Planning Enhanced: Please reinstall Mod Configuration Menu. Reset Family Planning Enhanced's MCM to get the MCM working." I have reinstalled both mods and I still get this message I am unsure how to fix this

I'll write in this topic as well, maybe someone can help to solve issue. I had this amazing mod and then I removed it. I don't  remember if I removed it correctly or not but now after sex scene belly/stomach becoming bigger. It's not growing, it stays in one size. Might be that some morph file affected - I can reset morphs and load my pc preset. Everything is ok after that. Only sex scene affecting belly/stomach. I checked in-game morph sliders when belly is bigger - nothing...

 

Fusion girl + Zex, help will be appreciated!
