I think I'm using RS Children plus Lords of Skyrim overwritten by Ordinary Women overwritten by my own personal overhaul overwritten by Fresh Faces overwritten by BVFE Serana and Family overwritten by Serana and Claire (just the Serana part) overwritten by Bijin overwritten by Pandorable overwritten by a friend's Daughters of Dibella. Or something like that.

They mostly have swapped out meshes and textures. Late edit: Must mention Cuyima Interesting NPCs overhaul. A recent addition but most impressed so far.

I am using: Bijin NPCs, Bijin Warmaidens, Bijin Wives, The Ordinary Women, Feminine Female Orcs, Hott Vampires, NPC Overhaul and several individual NPC replacers. So repeating this exact setup would be a long and arduous task.

I might have used the skin texture from The Ordinary Women while using the face mesh from SNR's Nobody Replacer (or was it Bijin NPCs?).

Not heard of this one so now I have had to download it. I suppose I should warn you then: that mod does not have a separate body for elders and younger women (as you can see). I just rolled with it since it doesn't cover every elder female. I'll just chalk it up to those Reach native dark arts.
