Let me remind everyone that, although LL is happy to serve as a clearinghouse for mod requests it will not be a part of piracy. Said piracy to include, but not limited to, evading paying mod makers through Patreon, et al. This Rule is not "soft" or negotiable. Anyone who does this is subject to punishment.

If you are lucky you could probably just replace the textures and meshes folder completely with the new download.

yes it was something like a face/texture replacer but the original mod only has .bsa and .esp file, so I can't replace the meshes/textures manually

I know that makes it so easy. Skyrim prefers loose files. That means, if there is a loose file it will use it instead of the file in the BSA.  It can't be the other way, bcause  no texturereplacer or NPC-beautification would ever work cause there is a Skyrim-textures-BSA  containing all textures used in the game and all NPC meshes are in the Skyrim-meshes-BSA.

you remove 5 hours, where I was looking for, and you remove the appreciation which I got for my effort!

but I had to put my hand on it

 

1.) Zaizai makes good mods but doesn't understand anything about fomod.  You have to unpack the 7.zip and install the content of the folder "==ULFRIC==" manually or repack it in a new 7zip.

2.) The mod is for SkyrimSE

 

So if you are playing SkyrimLE, prefer to use Harvald's port. [LE]zaizai_female_Ulfric Stormcloak.7z  (Bodytype is CBBE)

Nice to have someone active as well that can share mods that were released years ago and no longer available. People that are just starting a modded game don't get to lose out on what others have already collected when they were available. ❤️ Harvald + others that still contribute and share

Woah there, lol! As a follower hoarder myself, I am as appreciative as anyone for all of Harvald's help. That said, they aren't his followers. You don't get to sell someone else's work.

Both of these have Sky231 & Sky231H nifs instead of the hair used, which by the facegen should be hairkijiko024 which I can not find in any of the hair packs I have. This gives them default faces and grey face bug.

Might be from the Sim hair conversions based on a quick look around. Unfortunately the two Kijiko hairs mods don't list a 024 hairstyle. It could be something much older that, perhaps not available anymore. Only suggestion i could offer is manually change the hair +HL in the mod folder and nifs.

 

Just as a side note: the earlier versions of Bono followers are buggy and had problems like skeleton issues or face deformations. Sorry I'm not much help on this one :P
