I did a forum-wide search, and it looks like nobody asked your specific question, but I did find this: https://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=30386.msg391987#msg391987 which seems to suggest that there is no simple solution like what you're asking for, meaning palette-editing on SNES will require us to jump through more hoops. But hey, maybe something changed in the last three years; you never know.

From what I've discovered, it's something like SM: Redesign romhack early sprite or something? It peaked my interest just because it's called "A Mystery Hack". Not as thicc as Auxi's JB patch but looks skimpier. I've been running in circles trying to find said hack. I'll leave it here if anyone also interested to find/edit the sprite.

Has anyone found any info about that version of Samus in the 2 piece outfit? Looks pretty nice. Plus, I wonder if one would be able to edit the ending to if you beat it in under 3 hours, she is completly nude or something.

Plus, it's nice to be able to play these on original hardware with an old school TV thanks to a Flash Cart.

Those game is a Head of Time, Real Time Cutscene, and High Detailed model for PS2 Era...
Still dunno if it's possible to be modded for PS2 Emulator...

But there's HD Mods for PS2 even for Haunting Ground, still tho dunno if you can edit Mesh on PCSX2 Emulator...

All I did was use the sprite sheet someone posted, I believe in the Super Metroid Modding thread, where they also mention a program where you can import/inject a custom sprite sheet to replace in game sprites.

First off, yes. If the game is 2D or uses sprites for characters, it is a crap-ton of effort to redraw shoes as feet. The boots in those sprites are the same ones as in the original sprites, so leaving the boots on saves people a ton of work. The sprites you see up there are only about 1% of the total amount for Blaze.

 

Secondly, wanting her barefoot just means that you have a fetish for that, and not everyone is into that. I may be wrong here, but I'm sure at least 80% of people who use nude mods would probably prefer this one over having her completely barefoot.

Okay, I have to say that is pretty ridiculous. Like it's all good if a girl exposes her tits and pussy but we're crossing the line if her feet are also bare just because some people fetishised it? Come on... You already made a fair point that drawing feet may be too hard to bother, you don't have to act like there's at least 80% of people would prefer boots only over completely nude when it's more likely that the majority of people don't even care at all either way. Honestly, going boots only is just as much as a kink.

I do agree that it is somewhat of a kink. Keeping the boots on subtly implies that she choose to bare herself and not forced to do it. That is extremely hot to me.

Holy shit I fucking love this sprite. I just can't bear the clipped titties ruining my immersion so I filled them out. Since I don't have the source sheets, I filled the clipped out parts myself. Please don't expect them to be as good as the sprite.

 

These are Pancake 3 files I used to scribble with the rom, along with an ips if someone wants it (which I doubt is going to work. I don't exactly know how Pancake mess with the rom).

I think that it's more of a 'fetish' to want to keep the boots on, to be honest. Nude is nude, and if someone is wearing shoes or boots, then they aren't completely nude.

CoD's Blaze arranged to Streets of Rage 2: PLUS ULTRA hack

Changed few poses to fit the hack and this kick:

(so much for "new" since it's Blaze's beta pose for BK3)

 

How to get the spriteset into other hack/vanilla SoR2 rom:

- Case 1.

For vanilla SoR2 rom/hacks that don't change Blaze's moveset to the extreme:

1. Download Pancake 2.

2. Open Pk2 then the rom you want to paste the sprite into.

3. Edit > Inport > "Import from other rom". Yes, inport.

4. Choose default.txt.

5. Choose the rom I uploaded above.

6. Profit.

Note: Specifically for Bare Knuckles 2/Syndicate War related hacks, you might need to choose other than default.txt in step 4.

 

- Case 2.

For hacks that have unique movesets for Blaze/"this spriteset sucks ass, virtt":

1. Download Pancake 2.

2. Open Pk2 then the rom you want to paste a spriteset into.

3. Edit > Export > "Spritesheet".

4. Download the sprites you want or the one I've posted a page before (or make one. I would love more variety, preferably thiccy uwu).

5. Use graphics editor (Photoshop, GraphicsGale, GIMP, Ms Paint etc.) to arrange the sprites into the spritesheet you exported.

6. Back to Pk2, open the rom again.

7. Edit > Inport > "Spritesheet".

8. Profit.

 

Edit: I forgot to mention the difference between "replace spritesheet" and "generate spritesheet".

- Replace use the same tiles as the rom already have. So if you replace, you will bound to have some sort of clipping, but won't be making a new space in the rom (less risk of breaking the game).

- Generate makes new tiles in a new space in the rom. So you will never get a clipping, but if the rom exceeded a given byte, the rom will break.

 

Edit 2: First time beating the game...

ON HARDEST...

...with 9 lives...

...and 3cc...

...and buffed version of Blaze...
