I also set up ENB for the first time. (And also fresh install of skyrim and saves) And as of now, I simply can't load a new game. It just gives me an infinite loading screen. Also noticed the papyrus logs stop in the exact same line, every time. Although that didn't solve my problem. Reinstalled all those patches and still the same issue. Bethini is an interesting and useful tool (thanks for telling me about it), but i had already manually configured the settings i needed. You're right that it's interesting that your papyrus logs both end in the same place, while loading Devious Devices. So, the next logical question is, I suppose, what version(s) of DD are you using?

While you are in the Main Menu you can try open the game console and type coc whiterun If your game start can be a problem in Alternate Start or any of the complements for AS. I have found that placing them in spoilers gives them some organization and makes seeing patterns easier. There is, unfortunately, a lot of "junk" even in a "normal" papyrus log. However, yours has a great deal of reference to fnis similar to what can be found when someone with MO runs FNIS but not through their mod manager. I had hoped that might be the explanation (since Vortex just hasn't been out there that long) but I suppose I'll just have to keep looking.

It does. Which makes no sense at first glance. But it's Skyrim. Not built to make sense. I for instance got me ILS at NewGame recently because I had Saves in saves location that needed a mod I removed. As soon as I deleted those it worked.

That reminds me of an "old" folder i created for my old saves. might try that as well EDIT: nope, it ain't it either. Mind that i moved every single folder and file from "My Games/Skyrim" into it, not just the saves

Choose mods to disable (I like ten at a time but whatever works for you) until your game loads. Then go back and add those mods back one at a time until you find one that was involved with ILS. Then try enabling all the rest. If it was just that one then you'll have MOST of what you wanted anyway.

Get xEdit (TES5Edit for skyrim) & WyreBash and make a Merged Patch in xEdit and afterwards put it at end of order, followed by same procedure in WyreBash (there it's Bashed Patch) Those 2 can fix a lot, a LOT

They cannot 'fix a lot'. 2. A Bashed patch can cause as many problems as it solves. 3. As a general rule of thumb, when trouble-shooting it is seldom a good idea to add anything extra into the equation.

Your Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini should be in there.

Tried removing ENB, nothing changed. Loading the vanilla launcher does the same. That folder is not empty. I just moved all the old files to another folder before i launched skyrim for the "first time"

If the problem still doesn't solved, you can share the fnis output. Edit : I didn't see your fnis output, so I'm sorry for that.. Would you try to reduce animations a little and enter again? At least we can find out if it's animatons problem.
