You use the wrong hash so you can't modify the eyes, change the hash to 19a6719f and it works for me

are you using the  vvmodmaker？ use ctrl+F8 to adjust search mod and make sure the hash you found is used by eyes' uv

Marie's mod stopped working after this week's update.
No solution?

Seems the hash numbers for the face and lips were changed
I can get the UI working by correcting them (DMM)

 

But there's still an error with the faces themselves so I'm probably missed a few errors

 

Still don't know what the "Matsuge" is suppose to replace, the eye lashes I guess? I can't figure out what hash they're suppose to be atm
Blush still works though

EDIT: Found it's IB, it's still the same, but I can't seem to find it's match_first_index number
The Mod Maker can't read the e4a7a3fc hash it seems

Update seems to have broken the makeup mod.
It's also not consistent on what's broken. Luna doesn't work at all. Marie eye shadow and lipstick work, but not eye color. Koharu nothing. Lobelia seems like maybe eyeshadow works, but nothing else. And menu for her won't come up. Hitomi works. Kokoro works. Fiona works.

Ok, so I went through most of the girls. I don't use makeup mod for Patty and Monica because of Teddy's Mila and Lisa mods. But I'm pretty sure Monica doesn't work because the Lisa mod doesn't work on the head anymore. But for the rest, other than the girls I mentioned above that have issues, the rest seem to work just fine. The test version of for Elise that I believe someone in here made doesn't work. That's the only other one I found that had issues. I'm not sure on what to update in the ini for the girls that do have issues though, since the menus for them, other than Marie, are also broken.

My Kokoro, Fiona, Marie, and Honoka work make-up all work. I can't replicate your error.
