Yeah, I noticed this, pretty dumb, what's even the point of these "updates"... I have several backups though, going to test with an older version, it used to run smoother too...

I think its because im running a locked update version of RE2 is bcz i dont notice these updates thats making an impact on RE2 mods, basically i downloaded the reimmersion mod pack and it has the 20th of feb update .exe and i think that s why im not affected.

And then, what about the really good mods already abandoned? or that nobody will update? EDIT Apparently this update only destroyed the mod "Ada's animation for Claire"

Then I had to download the outfits again, re-read archives a couple of times and the game finally loaded, but now I can't use the default outfits, which is weird? And even with mods installed when I switch outfits it'll just crash... Any ideas what that could be, without having to download the game again since I obviously don't want the updated version - the game runs significantly better in the older version, besides this loading "bug"......... Should I delete the bin file in modmanager maybe, somehow think that program is what's messing up, though I'm really unsure what's going on. ?

This is probably Fluffy Mod Manager still have some file paths invalidated. So the game isn't able to read those missing files, since the Native folder is deleted. Unable to load those missing files due to path invalidation will cause the game unable to load. In short, the proper way to uninstall mods is always uninstalling it from the mod manager first. Then re-read the archive. Then fire up the game to see if it's back to normal. Then you can delete the Native folder. The mod manager isn't 100% accurate when it's uninstalling and restoring the game files. So a manual backup copy is required.

Yeah, that's along the lines of what I was thinking, so would deleting the "bin" file in MM possibly help? Or should I put the natives folder back into the RE2 directory? (I still have it backed up, I just thought deleting it would be the way to go)
