ran into that glitch too, also all the eyes are dislocated for me, maybe that part is one the mods i have installed. Would there be any face mods that conflict with this mod?

That;s interesting because I used in game textures for the eyes and skin but I'll try to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks for the picture

I really like the mixed race concept of half human/half beast race, but with my already huge load order, I'm wondering how necessary the Cross Racial Features mod is as a requirement?  Is there any chance you could carry over or duplicate whatever you need from that mod directly into yours to save an esp slot?

Go ahead and disable it. As long as you don't open the esp with the Creation Kit, I think it won't have any impact

You can type in the console help "Yslenor", and then type player.placeatme "the numbers that will show up"
