Maybe you should reinstall all your HDT. Or SKSE because your problem comes from SKSE plugins.

No, the problem does not come from SKSE. It plainly states in black and white that there is a file missing and that file is named 'hdtm.xml'.  So therefore the problem lies with that file and whichever mod is supposed to provide it.

 

Personally, I haven't a clue what that log file is from.

I think the OP is confused by the file path containing SKSE. As you say it is clearly a plugin (SKSE/plugin) and I, too, have no idea from where that file is supposed to come. I would suggest that the OP might want to try reloading his hdt, however.

That log come from hdtPhysicsExtensions and say it too clear in the line 3.

 

The errors, as the log say, are generated because the file hdtm.xml not exist.

The dll hdtPhysicsExtensions need that file because is referenced by other XML file.

In my game, the file hdtm.xml come from COSIO.

 

You must have a problem in the installation of COSIO, if you have it, or an error/bad instalation in one of the mod's with physics. That can be armors, clothes, earings, capes, hair... any moving item that must react to physics.
