Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Alrighty, I've been messing with Loverslab for a little while now. I've had multiple issues, but have finally sorted them to this point. However, in game, my animations don't play. The dialogue starts, the two stare at each other, the noises commence and they strip, but no animation. Not sure what else to do at this point. It does tell me Skyrim is outdated, though I've just installed everything, so not sure how that happened. Literally just installed skyrim once again about two days ago. Here is my FNIS, no errors. [spoiler] FNIS Behavior V7.4.5 12/27/2018 2:03:58 AM Generator: C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe Skyrim SE 64bit: ??.??.?? - C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ (Steam) Expected generator path: C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones) male: Default (99 bones) Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix" Reading FNISBase V7.4.5 ... Thanks everyone!
senjo Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 The error is right up there Generator: C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe Skyrim SE 64bit: ??.??.?? - C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ (Steam) Expected generator path: C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users Instead of Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\ Should be Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 How do I actually edit it though? Also thanks for that swift reply! I've been trying to do this all on my own but I finally hit a wall XD
senjo Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Move the folder tools from ..\Data\Data\ to ..\Data\ Also check if you have installed other mods into "..\Data\Data\" and move them to ..\Data\
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 When I moved it there, I get this; FNIS Behavior V7.4.5 12/27/2018 2:38:14 AM Skyrim SE 64bit: 1.5.62.0 - C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ (Steam) Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones) male: Default (99 bones) Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix" All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files... Alternate Animation mods: 0 sets: 0 total groups: 0 added file slots: 0 alternate files: 0 Create Creature Behaviors ... 0 animations for 0 mods successfully included (character) Now it doesn't even show that it's in data, though I know It's there. I'm not sure what to do from this point, maybe you can help me out a tad more.
senjo Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 This is the correct FNIS header so the first issue is resolved Check "\Data\meshes\actors\character\animations\SexLab\" if there files inside it and make sure FNIS_SexLab_List.txt is there too.
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 It wasn't there, so I added it, however it didn't change anything with the FNIS screen
MadMansGun Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3524-sexlab-more-nasty-critters-install-guide/ tip:if your using a mod manager you need to run FNIS from within it.
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 Thanks Madman, I didn't even realize that was a thing I needed to do. Now I'm presented with quite a few errors -.- FNIS Behavior V7.4.5 12/27/2018 3:05:10 AM Skyrim SE 64bit: 1.5.62.0 - C:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ (Steam) Skeleton(hkx) female: XPMS2HDT (115 bones) male: XPMS2HDT (115 bones) Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix" Reading XPMSE V7.2 ( 0 furniture, 0 offset, 0 paired, 0 kill, 0 chair, 164 alternate animations) ... >>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_SexLabCreature_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<< Reading SexLabCreature V1.61 ... >>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_SexLab_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<< Reading SexLab V1.62 ... >>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_MoreNastyCritters_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<< Reading MoreNastyCritters V1.0 ... >>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_M2MAnimations_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<< Reading M2MAnimations V9.0 ... Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 That may be the issue! I'm going to play with it for a bit. I just redownloaded M2M and the error is gone, so I'm going to assume I'm just dumb and missed that. I'll post back shortly with my results. Thanks everyone!
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 Alright, I've fixed two of my warnings, but can't seem to figure out what the others mean. Hmmmmmmm fix the SexLab warnings first, then: Quote 2. run/rerun the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, if you don't the animations wont work/run. WARNING: Windows (Vista/7/8/10) Security may interfere with updating/overwriting the FNIS behavior files. you may not even get a error message telling you that this has happened. make sure FNIS and your mod manager (if your using one) are running with administrator privileges. NOTE: try deleting "Data\meshes\actors\character\behaviors\0_master.hkx" and re-running it again, that sometimes helps.
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 How should I go about fixing those issues with the framework? Should I reinstall it? Which version? My skyrim is apparently 1.5.62.0.8. I know last time I got an ingane message about skyrim being too outdated, but i don't think that should be an issue. I just don't want to have to update skyrim for the fear of breaking things.

And your game is working so well right now. If you would bother to read the description pages for your mods you will see that most, if not all of them, require a specific minimum version of Skyrim in order to work correctly. My Skyrim is v1.9.32 or something close.

That would be because you're using LE. OP is running Special Edition. Newer users of the site post Special Edition problems in this section all the time ;/

Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 I apologize if I posted in the wrong section :/ Yeah, that's why I'm trying to figure out the framework, because it says it needs that version. Maybe i accidentally installed the LE version instead? I'll check it out when I get home, maybe that's the issue

My first guess on seeing the errors with Sexlab was that you'd installed the LE version. I was about to reply when I got sidetracked by a phonecall, so sorry. Hopefully that fixes your issues.

Grey Cloud Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 I may be wrong here (again) but do you need the 'HKX File Compatibility Check Skyrim/SSE' patch ticked?
Assassin2631 Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 Thank you so much everyone! Everything appears to be working, including animations. It took quite a bit for me to figure it all out, but it's finally together. And you were right Grey Cloud, once I ticked that box everything loaded up fine, t poses were gone.
