Part of the mesh seems to be missing, try rebuilding in bodyslide

Also a tip for next time. Convert those .BMP into something like .jpg or .PNG using paint net as not many want to download a file just to look at it. I believe there is a setting somewhere that can change it to where the pictures are saved in a better format.

It's a meshes issue, nothing to do with a new game

It seems like you used a bodyslide package for vanilla armor and something went wrong, rebuild them

Textures are missing / out of VRAM, reinstall

 

You are using MO, right? Things can get pretty nasty with manual install or NMM

Does this affect every female? And what do they look like naked? (if you post a screenie do what myuhinny said).

Try providing a bit more information so that people have something to work with.

this only affects female guards even with all mods/plugins deactivated and a fresh install, they look and function as any other female naked but when they re-equip their armor it looks like that and the only armor mod I have is immersive armors

It's been a while since I used IA so I can't remember if it actually affects the guards armours. If it does then the obvious step is to remove IA and start a new game. Don't use an existing save.

Is it all guards or just Riften?

Because something might get overwritten, deleted unexpectedly or stay in the folder when you don't need it and then you'll be at a loss since all files are mixed.

Why will I? I know what I'm doing and in 3 or so years, NMM has never done any of that to me. Just because you need MO to hold your hand dooesn't mean everyone does.

so I removed everything armor mod wise, disabled all my mods, uninstalled and reinstalled skyrim, started a new game and the problem is still there WHAT THE FUCK

Looking your screenshot appear a mesh problem. But that MUST be solved when you disable ALL yours mods.

REALLY you have disable/removed/uninstall ALL yours mods???

Or simply you have remove the mark for not load the ESP.

Is not the same. A lot of mod's NOT HAVE ESP and only are REALLY disabled/removed/uninstalled when make it with your manager, NMM, MO, Vortex....

 

I'm not sure but i presume that uninstall and reinstall the game not remove all the files inside your DATA folder. For made that you must uninstall the game AND MANUALLY DELETE YOUR DATA FOLDER.

 

I think your have a problem in HDT or skeleton.

HDT Physics Extensions is one of the mod's that NOT HAVE ESP.

XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended HAVE ESP but the skeleton files are NOT disabled when remove the ESP.

 

Reinstall XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended -XPMSE and let it overwrite all.

Reinstall HDT Physics Extensions and let it overwrite all.

Run FNIS for users and look the first part of the log. Must say Skeleton HDT of 115 bones.

Run Bodyslide and process all yours armors.

I did all that and it still persists 

I wonder if I was to delete the stromcloak armor folder and reinstall skyrim it would fix this?????

Yes, of course.. if you have DISABLED all yours armors mod and the problem persist you must have trash in SKYRIM\DATA\meshes\armor\stormcloaks

Send the folder to the trash bin and start the game. 

If the problem persist recover the files from the trash bin and look in other side.
