Need Troubleshooting Help (Update Once More: Almost Working!)

the red hand with the red stripe is just a reminder that the mods wasnt endorsed on the Nexus page after download

it shows up only if the mod was downloaded via NMM form Nexus or if NMM is able to check for updates online on the nexus page

 

now that I explained it, it sounds a bit useless

although Nexus modders are happy about endorsements

That's because Nexus modders are paid for endorsements (only some of them and only indirectly).

Something tells me this is part of the problem. But I guess step one is keeping the game from flickering, THEN fixing the not-loading animations.

But first thing is first: Getting these animations to WORK.

SexLab seems to see the Creature Pack. So, this LOOKS like a case where your FNIS or you FNIS Creature Pack (found on FNIS) are likely to be SE instead of LE. As I suggested earlier, go through ALL your mods (including the tools) and make certain that ALL your mods are for LE (including, but not limited to, FNIS and the Creature Pack).

and i guess you didnt install Racemenu

its a requirement for XPMSE and will add NetImmerse Override to your game

 

if you installed

steam/skyrim and

NMM and

FNIS

into the C:/program files folder you will have to run FNIS tool as administrator

or it might not be able to write files in your skyrim folder because of the windows file protection system

same goes for NMM

(you might even need to deactivate your virus protection)

I will have to try re-downloading everything later tonight, or tomorrow. Busy for the next 5 hours or so.

That said; anyone know a fix for the flickering?

Rivers flicker in and out of being, and my screen can flicker black. Is it a refresh thing? I can't find a refresh option IN Skyrim to change it..

Since you have no ENB and no mods that affect your graphics this is likely an issue in the .ini files. If you are looking for a quicker fix than reading the STEP guide (which is the preferred solution) download BETHINI from Nexus and run it.

2) Take a screenshot and post that here.

 

If you know how to post a screenshot on LL ignore the rest of this post. Open your screenshot in Paint (or similar program). Save the screenshot as a .jpg file (the original will have been a .bmp file). "Drag" the >jpg file onto the paperclip on the bottom of the box into which you type (and release). It will take a few seconds to load. A miniature of the picture will appear in a bar below the typing area. Move your cursor to the point in the typing screen where you want the picture to appear. Hit the "+" sign that is on the miniature. You're done.

If you load more than one picture please place all extra pictures in a spoiler box.

You shouldn't be tweaking ini files unless you know what you are doing, i.e. you know what the setting does.
