I'm very noobish with outfits. I'm using something from my Daz Library for practice. I can get it into Blender as a .blend file and I can export an OBJ but I have no textures. I'm lost as to what to do and I can't find a good guide.

.OBJ format doesn't support rigging and other things like textures and those will be removed.

Better way is to export them straight from DAZ in .OBJ format. DAZ outfits are always in multiple parts so you'll have to load each .OBJ file into blender and then join those parts just make sure they all use the same texture file. Once you have the rigging and stuff down you can go to your DAZ texture folder and find the texture files for the outfit and convert them to .DDS format and set up the texture pathway in the nif and folder.

To export just load the outfit or outfit part. Like a bikini usually has a full file with both top and bottom and 2 singles one for the top and one for the bottom. Once you load the file into it click file - export - .OBJ format.

You'll have to scale and rotate and adjust the outfit and body.
