I've waited long enough and returned to Laura to remove it, she says that I've worn it enough and to come with her, but she does not move. The cage door behind her opens and I've tried going in there but nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas? Edit: I also tried continuing the questline that I had with Laura to see if that would ease things up, but it looks like the Quest 'What She Deserves' is stuck as well, with Xayah just repeating 'What?' when I try to talk to her. Maybe the mod has died for some reason? Your game seems to have issues with scenes. Please make sure you have all requirements installed and make sure they're for the right version. Please also check if this also happens with a new game. If that all fails, please post the papyrus log. 1

Altaïr-Qu-Ten Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 Hi! I hope I didn't just overlook someone asking the same question. If that's the case, please refer me to the solution, if there is one, already. I was asking for a new job, but Laura just answered with "You're already doing something for me. We need to focus on that.", although I'm pretty sure I fulfilled the last quest and didn't ask for another one. Going through my questlog, there is no obvious LBS quest. Is there a way I can check for active quests from specific mods or can I reset the quests somehow?

Ok, so with my very very very limited modding knowledge, I opened up SSEEdit and added "Head Part" from Hydra KShair.esp (also tried "Head Part" from ApachiFemaleHair.esp) to Laura's Bondage Shop.esp and was able to choose from the new added hair styles (replacing the default ones) -> see screenshots. Ingame, the new hair style indeed showed up. However, it caused the brown/dark face issue. Obviously, my "solution" is too simplistic I guess. Any tips as to what to do differently? Spoiler

That's done from the Creation Kit the easiest (and I don't know if it can be done in xedit at all), by highlighting the character record you want and pressing Ctrl+F4.

I thought I'd give you an update on this~ I think you were right, there was something really wrong with my game loading scenes, e.g. the carriage guard wouldn't take my money when I tried to travel somewhere. I ended up completely redoing my mods and I think I'm on my dream setup ^.^ Thank you so much for making this mod! I really really enjoy it and it was the first thing I did in my new save. Hehe and being locked in the cage to relieve myself a week in the belt was the perfect cherry on top. Best of luck for your future modding Laura! ❤️ 2

Yes, that's one quest prone to fail - if you leave the shop too early. Kat and Laura take quite some time talking to each other, and aren't fininshed when you think they are. Maybe @Laura could add a force-end-quest when you leave the shop before the conversation is over? PS: would be nice if you'd put your image in a spoiler frame. 1

You can either save the changes into a new plugin, or override the existing plugin. For that, when you open the mod plugin in the CK, make sure to press the "set as active file" on the plugin you want to modify - it will show "active" beside its name, also in the top left corner of the CK window. Do your edits on the characters you want, close the character editor window by confirming the changes, then you can save the plugin into the original. After that, highlight the character you modified in the object window, then press Ctrl+F4 and you should get a popup about a successful facegendata export. Edited July 8, 2021 by Taki17 1

IIRC the quest seemed to end (it's a while ago, so I don't remember if I already got the ta-dam sound and the end message) but I left the shop while the dialogue played on for a while. To me (as a non-modder) it would seem that the quest didn't end properly, or didn't have the time to send an "okay, I'm done, you can do the next quest." It was not clear to me, that I should stay and listen for the dialogue between Laura an Kat until the end. (it was the umptieth playthrough, so I knew what they would say...) After that mistake, whenever I asked if I could do something for the shop, I got the response that I should concentrate on the task I had been given. I cannot remember if the sqt-console-command revealed an active shopquest or not.

I also checked my quest log again, but there is nothing else, A Good Fit is the latest one I did and the quest reset also got me the usual drums and text about the quests' completion at the top of the screen. If there is no other solution I would consider removing the mod, cleaning my save and starting over with the Bondage Shop quests.

That makes it seem like it's done and most people just leave. I changed it to 2 seconds in the coming update. It's hopefully less confusing this way. 4 hours ago, Altaïr-Qu-Ten said: Unfortunately I have to report that it didn't work, but I stayed in the shop for a while to make sure there wasn't any dialogue taking place while I left. I don't think there's a reason to check for other active quests because A Good Fit wouldn't have started if one was active. Do you have a save from before you started A Good Fit? If you do, please try again and post the papyrus log if it doesn't work. 1

You must use some mod that move involve NPC behavior like DD enslaved (which make NPC approach you) or some mod that make NPC sandbox interact with each other (I forgot the name). The easiest way to fix is open console. type 'save funclist 1'. A txt file should appear and find Laura at Npc panel. Find her RefID there and type in cosole 'prid xxx' where xxx is her ID, you should see her data appear there. Type 'moveto player' to move her to your location.
