I will post a separate link to grab a 'ready made' animations pack for those who don't want to bother with making their own via the Daedra Sutra. Suggestion on your 'ready made'. Don't mix BBB and non-BBB animations. It should IMO be all one type. I'm just remembering what I went through over the last year of being a member here and trying to figure out why some bounced and others didn't. You're call though. Some of the 'vanilla' animations are hideous' date=' some BBB ones behave oddly, depending on the skeleton/mesh used, which is also something else you may want to specify in your final animation package; "I used XYZ skeleton with ABC mesh. Your in-game results may be different for other skeleton/mesh combos" I will need to re-write the guide to help folks through the mine field. Well, I've always seen this as being part of the final product or outcome of this thread and work. If you need help or a review just ask or post. I think some final cleanup also needs to be done of existing pages/posts, pointing to what will be outdated or obsolete versions of files. That too contributes to the confusion and chaos, IMO, most especially with xLovers newbies.

I totally agree, a re-written guide is a great idea. edit: I should have checked last night, but the 01-09 animations in LoversCreatures have the same date modified stamps as the ones in the rev 91 base pack. So I guess they are the same animations. Just glancing at the rest of the animations numbered over 200 in the base pack, most seem to be the same as in LoversCreatures. There are a few updated ones though.

It needs to be done, as right now there a F'ton of duplicates and a few that are just broken in the Daedra Sutra. I didn't plan on doing animations just yet, but it to be done at some point as it is a cluster right now. I have made pretty good progress and should be able to wrap things up by the end of the weekend (I hope anyway). I posted some of the things I have done thus far (charting animations by group and identifying duplicates) in post 2 here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=13531 Galgat just happened to ask right when I was working on it so the timing was perfect. There may be a few errors but it should be pretty solid. I have done animations 1-60 for the new 'ready made' animations pack and should be able to cruise through the rest now, as I know what the duplicates are and also what is broken. I am shuffling a few animation numbers around but only within the individual groups as I replace any non-BBB animations with a BBB version (you have to keep Oral sex - group 4 - inside that group or it screws up other plugins like lovers voice and joburg). There will still be a few non-BBB animations where it doesn't matter much (like on BJ's) but most will be BBB. This will free up a bunch of number slots for additional animations so folks like Nusbie, Northern and anyone else that wants to dive in. I will need some folks to test the pack but it won't be ready until Monday or so unless I get really lucky putting things together.

[/quote'] I went back to a very early clean save in my game (and with Bravil UG deactivated) and had no trouble enslaving her or training her with my character or having her sell flowers. Maybe some other mod is conflicting? Maybe it's a load order problem. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. I finally figured it out. This NPC was bugged for some reason. Casting the Lovers Settings -> Fix Bugs -> Fix all settings made her work again. It seems I have/had a few NPCs suffering from similar issues, where Lovers gives a message that it could not start the animation or that the NPC was busy.

[/quote'] That sounds like either a mod issue or load order issue and not a lovers issue.

When you attempt to buy back a slave (in the xLSTGenTrader quest) you have two options, yes and no. The no option is "It's good after all." The yes option is "Name your price." The first time through I thought both were yes options. Maybe I'm the only one, but I suggest changing the no option to be more clear. After I chose the "It's good after all." line the transaction didn't seem to go through (expected). So I clicked on the slave and didn't get the normal Orders list (since I had chosen the no option and the slave was still owned by another NPC). One of the options with the slave was "I have bought you" (xLSTGenSlave quest, xLST08Iwantyou topic text). I chose that, got a reply "Should I call you Master/Mistress?" and then the owner immediately stepped in with "Do you want to buy this slave back?" (the xLST36Repurchase2 topic, triggered by a script). Suggested changes: "It's good after all." to "No thank you, I've changed my mind." "I have bought you." to "I would like to repurchase you." "Should I call you Master/Mistress?" to "Please speak with my owner, Master/Mistress."

I have a beta for anyone interested in trying it out. Just shoot me a PM. I need to test it myself and am looking for a couple of folks to test this one a vanilla install (no previous lovers versions installed). I want to confirm that the pack has does have enough included to start folks off. You will still need to grab a RaperS or similar plugin to actually have sex (remember the core files don't enable sex).

This can be done by me fairly quickly now that I have figured out all the duplicates and groupings. Right now there are only a few plugins that contain specific animation links that I am aware of: PK extender: Animations 20, 21, 22, 23 I would set aside 20-30 for Donkey to include any additional animations for this plugin. Rape Struggle: 73 and 74 Are there any other mods that refer to a specific 11-200 animation that anyone is aware of? NOTE: I am NOT messing with groups - that would create a nightmare! I am only trying to shuffle animations of the same group, to be closer in proximity to one another for ease of locating them in the Daedra Sutra and also keeping track of stuff in game. Obviously animations 1-10 can't be touched. Example: All cowgirl animations (except those in the 1-10 range) could be renumbered to the 31-65 range (this would leave room for new cowgirl animations). Proposed renumbering scheme: 1-10.......Core animations - no change 11-19......Chair sex animations (what group should we have these in? Group 3?) 20-30......PK extended dedicated animations (this leave a few extra slots if Donkey adds additional animations). 31-65......Group 0 (Cowgirl) - currently 26 minus core and duplicates 66-72......Group 1 (Missionary\laying down) - currently 34 minus core and duplicates 73-74......Rape Struggle dedicated animations - currently just 2 animations 75-119.....Continued Group 1 (Missionary\laying down) - currently 34 minus core and duplicates 120-130....Group 3 (Standing) - currently 8 minus core and duplicates 131-175....Group 4 (Oral) - currently 39 minus core and duplicates 176-180....Table sex - currently 2 working and one that is broken. 181-200....Odd ball animations - includes up against wall animations (currently 7), other weird ones like 49, 80, 82, 90 and 91. The only quest I don't test is the skooma Courier(too boring) Everything was OK. Only some dialog improvements/proposals. Taining Quests: The Wayward Daughter: The text when asking Onan for training tipps is "training your daughter"( sounds like it is Onans daughter ) better "training a Orc-daughter" or "training a Orc women". It would be clearer when you make all tipp-text similar.(e.g.:How do I train a .....) How do I train a female knight? How do I train a Orc women? How do I train a dog-loving-women? How do I train a female warrior? How do I train a skooma-junky? How do I train a countess? (cherry the female warrior has only "training", not "training a female warrior" text. The slave orders menu: "You are free" and "Release Slave" sounds too similar. "Release Slave"= the slave is really free. "You are free" = the slave has free time(he/she can move free) So instead of "You are free" use "you have free time" Quest "Progess of the thieves" When you ask Methredhel "Where is the money you stole?", she say "Please believe me" ??What should I believe?? Better "I stole no money,please believe me" I had a little problem with Romeo and Juliet.Romeo and Juliet couldn't travel to the GottlefontPrioryMonastery because I never used the "The Niben Underground Waterway"so both sides/exits were still locked.Romeo and Juliet left the "Cold Harbour" and stood in the Waterway.As I opened the Waterway they start to travel to the Priory. I agree with Sarnaath post 231, good tip! I update my quest-giver and tips post!

Feel free to ignore the following... A couple of problems with Lovers Pay Bandit 1.4 -beta1: When paying with a companion's body, the list of companions opens but they are all listed as . With a single companion, I can choose the first and the companion is used to pay for the room. I didn't get this error with the previous version. When paying for a room with MY body, my companion goes berserk and kills the innkeeper. Then a huge brawl breaks out. Edit: The fighting only seems to be happening with one toon. My other characters are working fine - companion's don't attack when they trade their boddies for a room. Suggestion: Would it be possible to change the rape into consensual sex seeing how my toon is freely offering her body and is not being raped at all?

[/quote'] Just checked and I have the same problem. edit: well, it's working for me now. I opened up 2 of the scripts in CS, didn't alter anything but saved and compiled them anyways, then saved the plugin. Dunno what was wrong. When paying for a room with MY body, my companion goes berserk and kills the innkeeper. Then a huge brawl breaks out. But not this issue. Check your lovers settings/sex effects (in rev 96). If Combat After Rape is on then you'll get everyone attacking rapists. If I am reading the LoversPayBandit script right, paying for a bed with your body is flagged as a rape. edit2: Decided to repeat what I did in my first edit as to the follower problem. I reinstalled the plugin, deactivated, made a clean save, activated the plugin, replicated the problem. Then opened it up in CS, opened the 1st two scripts, recompiled them, saved the plugin. Now, as before, I get a list of followers instead of "no-name". I have no idea why that works for me.

[/quote'] Sarnath - It may be something went amiss when it was last compiled, prior to releasing it, and it may be getting 'fixed' when you recompile it. Lovers Pay Bandit 1.4 -beta1: From memory I think gregathit worked on this one, but I could be wrong and no idea if he had to recompile any scripts. Could also be that during the swapping out of MOD versions, some scripts are simply not designed to 'auto-update' certain parameters, some of which actually get saved and stored to a save game file.

Thanks for your patience! [/quote'] Ah, okay that makes sense. If IceCold29 did any script translations he/she may have inadvertently translated some script code. I'm not knocking his/her work. I've been there and done that myself once or twice, lol. It fubars stuff, and not fun to track down and fix. If I remember right, you can also edit a script and not compile it and save the esp, with the changes, thinking that it'll work but in fact it won't. That was another oopps I learned the hard way too.

gregathit Posted December 1, 2012 Author Posted December 1, 2012 Uploaded a beta version of Lovers Voice 1.19 - it is merely a tweaked version of the existing plugin on this site. I am in process of correcting grammar, spelling and removing any untranslated bits that remain. I am guessing I am about 1/3rd done. You should not need a clean save for this. Just drop it in and play.

In it I cleaned up the stalking menu to make more sense (at least to me anyway). Stalkers on right, whom they are stalking on the left. Various other small tweaks too. Should be a simple drop in and play - don't think a clean save is required.

I am about ready to roll out the Lovers with PK Resource Pack v3 and I need someone to test this on a vanilla install (with no lovers with PK installed). You will need to have installed OBSE v20 and a male and female body. That is it. I have tested this build myself but I am worried I may have missed something. So instead of "Men -> Women" something like: "Men stalking Women" or "Men stalked by Women" as the case may be.

Arrow changed to the word stalking. Good catch!
fejeena Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 I think I have version 1.7. In my menu "women->creature" didn't means woman is stalking creatures, it means a woman is attractive to creatures or woman is stalked by creatures. So " -> " must be replaced with " stalked by "

In the beta 1, I put who does the stalking on the left (using your example of women and creatures the creature would be on the left as the "stalker") and the one being stalked on the right (thus the women would be here now). New Menu Format: Men stalking Men Men stalking Women Women stalking Men Women stalking Women Creatures stalking Men Creatures stalking Women Does this make more sense now? Since creatures can never "be" stalked, but rather "do" the stalking it was clear which was which. If you have any doubts just eyeball the included LoversJoburgDef1.ini and you can see how the mod maker made things (the original mod maker made that file). When this plugin was translated into English, the person translating it just put the menu backwards from how it should have been. Easy enough mistake to make. I damn sure made much worse when I was translating Bravil Underground!
