I had a similar event happen in the laura's bondage shop quest where she puts the chains on you before going to the slave cave. i reinstalled DD and DCL and that seemed to fix that problem. Im hoping it fixed the chole problem but i dismissed her for the laura quest and now i cant find her lol.

zloucks Posted April 22, 2023 Posted April 22, 2023 Hello, Â I apologize if this has been asked before, but I'm having a weird issue with DCL where when I'm in the prologue (Helgen), the cursed loot works just fine, with no issues, and will lock onto me, but once I'm out in Skyrim proper, and other dungeons, it never seems to trigger, despite me moving the chance to almost maximum, like 80-90%. All other features, such as shopping quests, Chloe quest, etc, work just fine, as do Devious Devices in general. Any ideas as to why this might happens? Â I've also made sure that I have all required mods for DCL and DD installed.

Finish the quest line up to when the dollmaker doesn't have you wrapped up like a present and you should get traps again. Check in the debug mcm to see if there's an active quest to confirm. while that's true you won't have traps.

I think because I used an older version of DCL a while ago, I didn't remember that being the case, but I'll keep that in mind now. I thought I was going crazy, or doing something wrong. (e.g. multiple same collar) I also tested mods with only the required mod of DD and DCL enabled, but I still get the same problem. Does anyone have any solution to this? I take a look at the function in the dcur_library.psc and it does seems to be the Utility.Wait problem. But I have no idea how to compile the edited psc file into pex. So guess I have to wait until the next update of DCL.

Â I also typically need to start a new character without cursed loot installed, because I CTD a few seconds after exiting the initial character creation. KittenPen Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 I've been trying to get this to cooperate with my load order which is huge admittedly, I came here hoping for more information about where it should be in my load order because every time I load a save with this enabled I end up headless with my game going bonkers with messages from every Cursed Loot associated quest so rapidly firing off that I have to alt tab and force close the game if I have any hope of getting out of the thing. The biggest ones I'm using are Slaverun Reloaded, Sexlab Survival, Devious followers, Wartimes Daughter (version 10 or whatever that you have to dig for in the thread), And of course, all their requirements and a few of their "complementary suggestions". I have a ton of non loverslab mods - including Legacy of the Dragonborn, which I know doesn't play nice with others. So far though the three mods I've had the most trouble getting to behave seem to be this, Eager NPCs and Hormones. I Think I have all the requirements for this and those, but I can't be completely sure. At this point I've got to assume either I'm missing a Cursed Loot dependency, I've got an impossible conflict, or, I HOPE, just a screwed up load order. I just don't know where to go to figure out the right order. Loot is certainly not much help.

Â You have a lot of script heavy mods mentioned as your big mods, and if you already have a huge list it might just not work as DCL is also script heavy. It might just be the straw that breaks the camels back. Â If you aren't patching things in xedit start there. If you don't want to learn how to do that, take apart your load order, start with DCL and it's requirements and make sure it's working. Then slowly add in your other mods until you find the conflict. Or until it works. Sometimes doing it that way makes it 'just work'... Â Also, check out the known issues on the troubleshooting post and make sure you don't have a known conflict: Â

Try deleting it and/or reinstalling the mod, it's likely a broken texture. textures\actors\character\Skill Based Muscle\femalebody_4_msn.dds  Chloe is mentioned, but it's probably incidental. But you can also check to make sure nothing is overwriting xp32's skeletons. 1

Some homebrew textures made in GIMP and compressed to BC7 with shoddy/rickety plugins to it. Ran the textures through Cathedral Assets Optimizer and all is well! Sorry for the inconvenience here! 1

You can try triggering another animation like masturbate or use the console and type 'pushactoraway 14 10' without the quotes. If you're still stuck, you'll need to revert to an older save.

No idea. But I don't get that on a normal save with this mod installed, so it's very likely just your save.

Â Sometimes that means Skyrim is running out of filehandles. You can increase the limit in the configuration for SSE Engine Fixes.

Try doubling MaxStdio to 4096, see if that helps. DCL has a lot of scripts so it is often the canary in the coalmine when skyrim hits the filehandle limit.

I found the 5th piece of Queen Sarah's restraints -> got locked into them -> can't FT. 2. Walked all the way to town (Markarth, from Bruca's Leap Redoubt) to hitch a carriage ride to Winterhold and discuss my, err, "findings" with Julius. Tried "for the lulz" - can FT. 3. Talked to Julius ("find 5 fragments" part now), got out of the College -> can't FT. 4. Wanted to go to Windhelm to meet my new best friend The Carriage, got greedy and wrecked the necromancers at Fort Kastav on the way (they attacked me first, 'kay? ?). Looted the place, got out for some fresh air -> can FT. 5. Jumped to Whiterun to sell the loot, saved (not quicksave, the damn thing doesn't work properly, anyway - a proper full save), quit the game. Got back a couple hours later, loaded in -> can't FT. Â To begin with, am I even SUPPOSED to have FT disabled during this quest normally? I don't even know which state is the abnormal one, "FT enabled" or "FT disabled". Â P.S. I wish I could check <your first question>: I forgot what it was set to, and the menus are hidden since I'm wearing the restraints. ? Probably at "during quests".....probably.
