ChibiUser Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 Hello! I think I found a bug / unclear behaviour in Cursed Loot after using it for a very long time! If you have escape options enabled (containers, chests etc.). but in the "eligable containers" have a category ticked off, no helpfull items will appear in said category. I just tested this with a lootable 'sack' (the ones which usually contain fruits and such). If you have "Cursed Containers" unchecked and in the escape options set the drop chance to 100%, no keys will ever appear in such containers (I suspected this for a while), as my PC never had a key drop happen in any container, even though the helpfull items are enabled for those containers. Anyways, I started experimenting a little bit and I set the chance for helpfull items to 100%. Continued playing for a good while (> 15 hours). Still no keys. So, I enabled the Cursed Containers and opened a sack.... and... yep! Keys! I think the helpfull items uses the eligable items to check wether or not to drop items in those places. But I can imagine a situation where one might want keys to spawn on dead body's / live NPCs, but would not want cursed events to happen when interacting with dead body's.
Captain_noone Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 Hello again I have a question, I did more testing and all works well but the cum inflation setting seems to do nothing (belly won't inflate but the messages about expelling baby juice still appears). I have belly body because during sex her belly visibly bulges when bigger creature like horse enters her. Would something like inflation framework + fill her up be compatible with this mod? Like if I use the deflation potion it would work without any incompatibility issues? Asking since I spend 2 past weeks modding and setting everything up and don't want to accidentally kill my saves.

If you set the cursed loot chance multiplier to 0 for dead bodies, do you still get keys? I imagine disabling cursed containers stops all processing for containers, including keys, but what about setting the probability to zero. Do you still get keys? I say it's worth a shot. Edit: As I was debugging, I notice that the events aren't processed at all if the container type is disabled. I'd like to think it is possible to set the multiplier to 0 as an alternative to completely disabling it. Unfortunately, you can't set the modifier to 0 in the MCM. shrtjsrtj Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 If you disable cursed loot events under debug options you still get keys to drop. So the nuclear option works a particular way, and fine grained control works a different way.

Move to another folder wav files from folder D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Sound\fx\DeviousDevices\Chain With red is marked my steam folder - place here your steam folder instead. Or if you fear of any error what can be generated in that way, replace those files with silent version Or if you want edit volume, load those files into any wav editor, lower volume and save back files. Before that if you want restore original volume of files, do backup of those files. if you use MO2, do the same with files from Devious devices MO2 files folder. Edited May 8, 2022 by Elsidia

The debug message writes that "100% to find restrictions" or something like that, but in reality, nothing happened. Maybe it's because I'm on the latest AE version. Also vheck DCL MCM Debug section if there is Active quest running true - that means no trap trigger while you get there false (complete DCL quests what makes there true)

It was not a problem if it only happen on my character. Because I still have racemenu to change expression. But the npcs have the same problem on them. Aelyne Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 A few days ago I did Leon's quest, and at the end I chose to not become a slave, and he removed all of the DD gear locked on my character aside from the obsidian piercings. I can't seem to force them out, choosing to "Remove Generic Devices" via the safe word doesn't work. I'd like to get rid of these piercings without doing a full safe word because I'm still in the middle of retrieving the Bound Queen chastity pieces. Is there a way to get rid of them without reloading several days of saves or doing a safe word? Or should I wait until I'm finished with the Bound Queen and do a safe word then?

Firstly, does DCL have any method to allow certain devices to be stripped (and not automatically re-equipped at the end of event/scene, so for example a strip event that doesn't lead to anything else) without breaking the item and leaving the inventory instance "equipped" while the render instance gets unequipped? And secondly, is the "innocent looking chest" associated with the bound queen questline? What are the conditions to find/spawn the chest, and where does it appear? Thanks

I think Leon is meant to have a key on him which you can steal and use to remove them. However I've never seen the key in his inventory (maybe it's in his house somewhere? But similarly I've never found it). What you can do instead is use the console to add Leon's key to your inventory (just search Leon and you should be able to find the prid for it), then you can remove them. 1

Leon's piercings missed important keyword what allows to it removed. Only way to remove is after end of quest console as recommend previous post. Or if you are into quest you can add to those piercings keyword in Xedit or CK and those will remove automatically on end of quest. 1

I had a look in xEdit at this and I could see that it needed Julius' key to open, and confirmed it was associated with the Bound Queen quest. What I couldn't figure out was where it spawned haha.
