A custom-pill / event mod for X-Change Life (tested on v0.24.8)
Based on an idea by u/icy_vehicle3948 on Reddit:
For the next seven days you're a bimbo-brained, people-pleasing sister. Alexia finally has someone to giggle with, drag shopping, and
double-date. And Bruce... well. Bruce always gets something out of the arrangement.
Features
- Scripted morning event — Alexia ambushes you with coffee. Accept or refuse.
- Custom pill — Slutty Sister Pill, also stocked at the regular pill shop ($800) if you want to dose yourself voluntarily.
- Continue pill — every orgasm adds a day to the timer. The harder you party, the longer you stay her sister.
- Side effects — bimbo brain + people pleaser for the full duration.
- Daily sister tax — Alexia takes $20-50 out of your wallet each morning for "sisterly snacks 💕"
- Outfit override — your daily fit gets bumped to maximum sluttiness ("Alexia laid out your sister outfit").
- Trigger gating — the event only fires if Alexia has met Bruce AND is dominant toward you / disrespects you. (You earn this.)
- Femininity creep — each orgasm nudges your femininity stat up.
Bruce Addiction Pill mod integration (optional)
If you have the Bruce Addiction Pill mod loaded, additional content unlocks:
- Each orgasm on the pill bumps $bruce_addiction_depth — "he must have snuck that into the custom pill..."
- Mid-week handoff — on day 3, Alexia drags Bruce over in the evening for a short scene. +4 depth, +2 days on the pill.
- Bruce phone call on expiry — when the pill wears off, if you've built any addiction, Bruce calls. The pill's gone but the hook isn't.
Works completely standalone without it — these branches just silently skip.

Implementation was done with the help of Claude Opus 4.7 via Claude Code. The integration choices, pacing, and bug-fixing iterations are
mine; Claude wrote the .twee code and wired it into the base game and the Bruce Addiction Pill mod.
