This Resteraunt first on a 30x20 lot and costs a little over $87k.
I have it set with the lot traits of: Romantic, Clothing Optional, and Men Sexually Interested in Men (though you can choose whatever suits your needs best).
I know I'm missing one bit of CC, the table lights (as they are just listed as "debug" in my BB inventory and cannot find it in the Mods folder (tried googling and can't even find them, so if anyone knows who made them please let me know and I'll update and incldue them)).

Career: Findom to Full Servitude!
Hey all, this is actually the first mod I'm making for Sim 4 and it's coming from an idea of a mod that I saw a while ago (being a pay pig as your career).
What is it:
Your "career" involves you meeting a girl you thought was "the one", but she turns out she wants you for your money. You initially make some pretty ok cash for the first two levels of the job (as you try to work hard for her) but that quickly plummets to 0 by the end. There is a branch where you accept you're role as a pay pig OR you try to refuse her... But she mind controls you instead.
IMPORTANT:
I'm not close to done with this mod but I did want to post it to get ideas from y'all of what other paths or effects you'd like to see from this type of "career". Lots of text needs to get adjust and more conditions for promotion need to exist. As well as any real work from home assignments.
What Currently Exists:
2 Levels to Start Your Carees
Branching Path: Two other levels for each path.
->Pay Pig Connoisseur -> Totally Devoted Pay Pig
Pay Pig Novice -> Pay Pig Dabbler ---
->Mind Controlled Toy -> Blissful Obedience
Biggest ways to promote currently are to make money and to be worth a certain amount of money.
Except for the Mind Controlled Toy Promotion. That route will be more intense. Currently she forces you to break off any marriages/engagements you have might if you want to "promoted."
What I'm Looking For:
I'm thinking of having some hand-waviness for levels above Blissful Obedience. Since she makes you break off your relationship with your spouse there, the next stage would be get married again (with whoever you marry being "assumed" to be your Mistress). Does that seem reasonable?
Ideas of how many levels you'd want this career to go, I was personally thinking one more for each path.
What type of rewards you're looking for.
What type of Home Assignments you'd want.
What type of other Promotion Tasks interest you.
Or is there any other branches you'd like explored?

Beautiful squares and even more beautiful townies, why not have a couple odes on your wall to ogle? Are we able to join their clubs? No? Hmm... I can still look. I did omit the club with the children and the knights of the hedge only because I was getting creep vibes from the old man and teens. This is the final art piece using both base game and the get together pack. It has been quite the journey and I enjoyed making each set. Thank you for also enjoying them too!

Better Camping Tents for WW Animations

Mod Description
This mod makes the interior of three camping tents (Small, Medium, Large) visible and adds a floor. The interior and the floor of the new tents is now the same as their exterior. The tents and their required Packs are:
Small Tent – Outdoor Retreat
Medium Tent – Snowy Escape
Large Tent – Outdoor Retreat
These files do not include any animations. However, they are required to properly see animation designed for them. They are mostly usefull for animators interestd in making animations for those tents.
Tips for Animators
These are the WW Ids you will need:
Small Tent - 1681110610
Medium Tent - 1407513482
Large Tent - 3032973520
Do not place your animation right next to the door. It makes the rest of the tent look empty. Your animation will look better if placed a bit further in.
You won't be able to see the inside walls of the tents in Blender. Use the floor for reference.
Extract the meshes you need from this mod using S4 studio. You will need to copy this mod on S4 studios mods folder.

So... I am trying something here. After years of benefiting from everybody's amazing work on Loverslab, I decided to try creating something of my own. I don't know anything about programming or creating graphic art so I started at the base: recoloring paintings.
This is a selection of Ego Rodrigez art (published on his website https://egorodriguezshop.com/ ). He is a queer illustrator from London, known for vibrant artwork that explores themes of identity and personal expression.
The original wall decoration is a painting in Bowling Night so I would assume that you would need it to use this file. So far, I tried it in my game and it's working, but let me know if it works in yours. I would love to get feedback and know how I could get better!
