🔮 Sims Síquicos (Psychic Sims) de Lumpinou
¡Este mod me encanta! Es, de lejos, uno de mis favoritos. ¿Qué hace? Otorga poderes síquicos a los Sims que elijas mediante un sistema de caza de espíritus súper chulo y original.
Si no tienes los packs de brujas o fenómenos paranormales, este mod te va a dar la vida. ¡Es completísimo!
🕯️ Cómo despertar tus poderes
Para iniciar a tu Sim en las artes ocultas, lo primero es comprar dos objetos clave: la Urna Misteriosa y el Cristal de los Espíritus.
Coloca la Urna Misteriosa en tu lote.
Haz que tu Sim vaya a ella y elija la acción "Llorar al extraño".
Al terminar, recibirás una notificación de historia... ¡y empezará la diversión! Tu Sim ya es oficialmente un Síquico. ✨
🧿 Habilidades y Niveles Síquicos
La habilidad sube comulgando con espíritus y usando las nuevas interacciones. Tiene 5 niveles y esto es lo que desbloqueas:
Nivel 1: Hacer predicciones, percibir la personalidad de otros y más.
Nivel 2: ¡Aquí empieza lo bueno! Podrás usar el cristal para atar a un fantasma a él. El fantasma te ayudará y servirá en lo que le pidas. Además, ya puedes abrir tu consulta síquica.
Nivel 5: Te conviertes en un maestro. Podrás otorgar o quitar poderes a otros Sims (ideal para crear drama en el barrio). 🎭
🃏 ¿Qué puedes hacer con tus poderes?
¡La lista es enorme!
Emociones: Disipar emociones negativas o robar las positivas.
Predicciones: Desde vaticinios alegres hasta predicciones ominosas. 💀
Espiritismo: Sesiones, regresiones a vidas pasadas y hechizos de amor.
Consulta propia: Trabaja como síquico echando las cartas, vendiendo filtros amorosos o lanzando una de las tres maldiciones disponibles a otros Sims. 🃏
💻 ¿Y si mi Sim no tiene poderes?
¡También hay juego para ellos! Los Sims normales pueden:
Bromear sobre los síquicos o meterse con ellos llamándoles mentirosos.
Reservar servicios desde el ordenador: Pedir lecturas de tarot, hechizos amorosos o incluso pedir que maldigan a ese vecino que tanto molesta. 😈
🌟 Consejo Final de Juego
En mis partidas uso siempre el mod "Sin Fantasmas". De esta forma, solo los Sims que yo elijo tienen el "don" de ver fantasmas. Esto hace que ser síquico sea algo realmente especial y valioso.

SyntheticX here. I am creating primarily MF animations for sims 4 for any category. My main object will make you better at immersion of gameplay on any subject. I believe this page will be developed eventually but for now I will take short.
I’ve decided to take a break from Patreon and animation for a while, and possibly for good. Just wanted to let you know.
What is XStory package?
It’s just a different kind of theme I want to include, that’s why I’ll put it in a separate package. This way, anyone who doesn’t want it can just skip it.

More Flexible Career Roles
OfficeAffairs is now better aligned with different career paths. The mod now supports several leadership titles, including CEO, Commander, Chief, Producer and Boss as the default fallback. This makes career progression feel more natural across different types of careers.
Better Career Filtering
Careers that do not fit the OfficeAffairs structure, including freelancer careers, are now excluded from the system. Small Business support is still on the list, and I plan to work on it as soon as possible.
Improved Career Progression
Career advancement has been updated to better match each career type, with more fitting titles and advancement paths instead of relying on a single CEO-only structure for every career.
Updated Dialogs, Buffs, and Notifications
New dialogs were added, and existing buff names, descriptions, reasons, and notifications were rewritten to better match the updated gameplay flow.
New Secret System
OfficeAffairs now has the foundation for a new secret system. When an employee gets involved in an Office Affair, there is a chance that a coworker may catch them in the act. If that happens, the coworker may later offer to "forget" what they saw in exchange for a personal favor
The secret system is only the beginning. It is designed to grow with more situations, reactions, consequences, and ways for Sims to use what they know in future updates.

OfficeAffairs is a social gameplay expansion mod focused on workplace drama, power dynamics, relationships, and story driven interactions. It introduces new targeted social mixers, custom buffs, hidden traits, relationship bits, career related systems, and reactive outcomes that integrate directly into live gameplay.
I have been playing The Sims for many years, and this is a mod I personally always wanted to exist in my own gameplay - something that adds the kind of narrative depth and dynamics I felt were missing.
For now, events may happen quite frequently. This is intentional for the first release and testing phase. In future versions, pacing and behavior will become configurable.
You can play both sides of the story:
Play as a Boss or play as an Employee. Each role has its own interactions and progression paths.
You can now experience a full career narrative:
Start as an employee Build relationships and make choices Progress through your career Complete the required advanced career program
Become a Boss
Gameplay Overview:
The boss system is dynamic and flexible:
A Boss can be generated automatically when an employee joins a career Or created manually by the player using cheats or naturally
To become a Boss:
Reach the top level of a full-time career Complete the required advanced career program via the computer or phone
Apply for a Boss position via PC or phone
This creates a natural progression path instead of relying only on generated bosses. The Boss is a fully playable Sim with their own traits, career, and role in the story.
You can play both sides of the story.
As an employee:
Build a relationship with your boss Attempt to seduce the Boss Ask for a promotion Ask to be hired
As a Boss:
Offer jobs to Sims Fire employees React to relationship dynamics Influence story progression

Right now the main gameplay flow is tuned for Boss male and Employee female. Reverse dynamics and a full LGBT branch are planned for future updates. Thank you for your patience while development continues.
