That's related to the previous chapters. Malicia's storytelling is somewhat distorted from actual reality. Any similarity between fictional characters and real ones being pure coincidence of course.

That could make a rather latino name in fact. Though I don't think Malicia had your true name in mind, we may have to ask her directly.

Though If I understood well, in the story, there's also a word play underneath as the "Dragon Serano" sounds a bit like "Jamon Serrano" in spanish. ^^

I wrote that off to the fact that she is telling the story to children ... which (as far as so-called "adults" insist to believe it) know nothing about sexuality, human reproduction and similar. At least until the day, when they reach a certain predefined age.
