The valiant prince has reached Collegeland, and overcame its first dangers. Will he be able to find the princess in distress ? And will Stranger finally get the legendary Malicija ? Find out, today, in Dragon Ball Z Endeavors of the Prince !

Previous chapter is a highly recommended read if you wanna understand something of what's going on.
Paperbacks are smaller stories happening beside the chronicles. If your need to refresh your mind about the chronicles events or characters, you'll find a summary here.
More stories, from other authors can be found in Malicia's Small Library.

Likes and comments are welcome and keep me motivated, so if you want to see more chronicles you know what to do ! :classic_wink:

You can always make hentai mangas about Malicia and her horses.

I am considering to do so. My thoughts are that we fan storytellers have progressively improved, and that some of us are reaching near professional level. I've been considering contacting Bethesda or Zenimax to ask them if they would allow us to commercialize our work. The idea is getting somewhere more than just LL.

The thing is, the public for adult publications is quite smaller than the usual one, ; and I don't think the demand is increasing for paper comics . At the other end, manga formats tend to develop, and web comics as well. But I am not sure Bethesda would allow it. And if they don't, the only viable ways for someone wanting to publish would be starting from scratch. Which means drawing a comic, or writing a book.

I understand, keep in mind that commercialization discussion in the elderscrolls community are not new. There is a still ongoing discussion about earning money with mods (I'm talking nexus here not patreon adult animations).

Technically you're not allowed to sell anything made with the Creation Kit due to the Bethesda EULA. At the same time youtubers are earning money showing off these mods and Bethesda's game in form of mod reviews and lets plays.

This "discussion" goes on for years now and Bethesda never moved away from there non commercialization stance towards the modding community.

I'm not sure where fanfiction falls into this spectrum, let alone adult fan fiction, but I'd assume if they were to move they'd probably put there modders first compared to other content creators such as fanfaction authors.

I'm not trying to talk you out of it but I'd be surprised if you get more out of it then a standard mail pointing to the EULA. Also I'm not sure on Bethesda's stance towards the adult modding community in general. On one hand this is benefiting them, on the other hand they're probably not interested in a spotlight on the existence of this part of there community.

Also I personally don't think the market interest is far far away from the point where it'll be interesting to commercialize adult fan fiction, also I'm not too big of a fan of bringing money into anything hobby related.

If you're seriously interested in earning money with your blog patreon is probably you best option. Judging from the (rather small) earnings of some of some of the animators that are far more popular than any of the adult screenshot community I don't think there is much money to gain.

But you were talking about a decent online publication of your comics next to mangas and the like, right?

That's my opinion as well. Which is why I didn't contact them yet, as I am fairly convinced that they wouldn't easily allow fan fiction, yet alone adult one as you said. Yet... damn, I haven't seen many adult comics, but most aren't half as good as what I've seen from some LL storytellers. And I'm thinking at famed authors, such as Manara. It keeps me wondering how strange the world is sometimes. million_dollar_baby.gif

There are some sites, such as Delitoon from french authors, that do publish webmangas inclusive adult ones.

The point isn't money. Few are the creators that can make a living from their work in fact, regardless of the domain. The point would be to share on a greater scale, in an officially recognized way. Collygon once said after completing his first chapter of The Frost of Ages he found getting there to be "achingly empty", while his work is exceptional. Even though I get some satisfaction purely by transcribing my imagination into a shareable media, that made me wonder about how to change that final "after completion" state.

However, I share most of the points you did. But, as I'm not too bad at writing, and apparently my work isn't too unpleasant... I've been wondering about writing a novel from scratch, with my characters, in a fantasy universe of my own. Best way to create without having to worry about Zenimax ; and that wouldn't forbid me to continue developping Malicia either in my fanfictions or in said book. ^^ Here is the point where I am currently in my thoughts about it.

Ok, I understand you much better now. I actually thought about something like this myself. I was looking at literotica which is for the most part purely text based and is one of the biggest outlet for (mostly) erotica short stories and short novels. They even have a section dedicated to art based fiction, but they explicitly state that you have to be the sole greater of such art and thus anything game related is off the table.

I assume Delitoon asks something similar? Which is presumably the reason why people stick to managas. There is also sites like 8muses.com that don't seem to care too much about copyright, but I don't know for sure and weather this is a reasonable option.

In the end I always had the idea that it didn't matter to me how many people would read my stuff. Whether I'd get 1000 clicks on a blog entry or 10 000 what difference does it make for me personally?

I remember that post by @Collygon, I always understood it differently as he was referring about doing other modding projects besides his story blog that were a lot better received by the community, but I might be wrong.

I'd like to see that.

As mentioned above there are plenty of sites for (adult, fan) fiction to publish on.

I remember this vaguely. It was something like "I found the destination to be achingly empty." Though I can't recall when exactly I said it. From what I remember, it was mostly personal. I am very content with making my content free and I don't need to gain anything material from it. What I do try to get from it is happiness. I am often depressed and completing a mod/chapter/post is my way of combating it. But it doesn't always work and sometimes I expect too much from them. If the content doesn't help with my depression, then I just feel, well, "empty".

But anyway! That's a little deep. Regarding the discussion as a whole, I can absolutely see Bethesda trying to monetize fan fictions, but I don't see them doing so for the adult ones. Alter was right when he said that this is nothing new and if we look at previous attempts, they have failed horrifically. I am by no means against it, as long as I can keep releasing my work for free. The way I see it, I would not be here if this community did not offer so much free content. It allows people to easily join in.

With that, sharing on a larger scale is a terrific thing. More than anything, that is the ultimate goal. The more people who see it, the more people will join it, then we get more content and hopefully the adult community won't be so antagonized.

Personally, I'm just waiting to see what ES6 brings us.

You'll find the same humor in Malicia's Chronicles, although this one was a concentrated example. ^^ Her sisters' chronicles are a bit different however, as much as the four sisters can differ from each other.

It is just a reflection about how much work we are putting into it, and what traditional publications would get for a similar work. We obviously do not do this for money, but the destination, the point where it leads could help increasing the durability of that kind of effort. If you think about it, wether it is LL through advertising, imagehosts through advertising and sometimes direct payment, Bethesda through the game's price... well every other link is getting compensation about our work. Everyone but us, creators.

Delitoon is a full fledged commercial site, with some free parts. It seems more advanced to me than literotica, and less "clandestine" than 8muses. It's a true publication site, only it is more web designed than paper aimed.

I am thinking at the possibilities of transforming my work for the years to come. Yet as you've said it, points of legality are being defined with currently published game, and the question of modding and by extension publishing will get more defined with TESVI.

Ok so there was part of what I thought, but it was more personal than either Alter and I suspected. Thanks for the clarification.

I think the adult content is a question, and the created content is already one. Theoretically the EULA give us the right to use the game for anything creative we see fit as long as we don't make it full fledged paid content. In that case, one is to ask the editor permission first, which should in most cases traduce by some negotiation.  And could very well end by a simple "no", as Alter pointed. In which case, the one wishing to go further would have to go for fully original work.

Trilog, I must say that I almost chocked in laughing. :)

Stranger expected sex with her all the time but Macija just ignored him profoundly. Love it. The funniest scenes for me was when she was showing him her house and he imagined having sex with her in various posses and horse's imagining his head as carrot. Hahahahahaha. :D Your Croatian isn't bad either and it fit perfectly as elvish language. :)

1. I expected Malicija and Serana's sex. You disappointed me in this part :P

2. Malicija as hargraven scene and Strangers' shocked and scared face is AWESOME!

3. Stranger behaved as many men I know. If the girl is nice and hospitable to them, they think they want sex with them. It is true, Stranger always have sex in mind and he hoped he's gonna get lucky. I loved the way you presented her teasing. Unlike Stranger my Prince, who loves sex, won't wrongly interpret female's kindness and even teasing. He would, as always, thing she's been just nice and friendly:)

4. No roasted horse for Stranger? :O  Caramel looks and sound delicious ;)

5. Overall grade: 11/10

Thanks Polonius ! Contrary to the main storyline, I was free to explore Malicia's wackiness in full for this episode. Glad you were expecting it ! ?

I'm stoked to see the positive reception this entry has btw, 19H likes in less than 48H, comments usually from silent readers... That's more than what I was expecting ! ?

Yeah, that's one of the funny aspects as he's kept wondering all scene long by Malicia while she's behaving completely casually. ^^

I'm glad you liked the jokes, that my google-translate croatian skill is improving. ?

1. You know that Malicia doesn't really understands homosexuality, so even if Serana wanted so it would have been difficult. Besides, Serana behaves more like a friendly protector or another big sister to her.

2. My favorite is when he's about to got nuts and curses in croatian. :classic_biggrin:

3. Stranger isn't Prince, as it is well implied in the entry, Prince is the croatian creator of Stranger. And Stranger, like all men, do think of sex quite often (Benor thought to it as well if your remember Mourning White chapters 1-2). But Stranger is peculiar in that regard, as he has extra-sex drive compared to regular men. So he thinks about it nearly all the time. ^^

5. Glad to have earned some laughs from you Eva. :classic_wink:
