Basic Stripping Photoshop Tutorial

WANOBI12

2711 views

Hey folks,

So this is my first attempt at a tutorial.

Any feedback good or bad would be much appreciated.

I tried to think of everything, but its hard to anticipate what will stump people or raise questions.

Feel free to drop me a line with any questions you may have about it.

Also if you like it, think it's something you may use, and want to see more let me know what other subjects you'd like to see covered.

Have a great weekend!

It's only 50 pics so I just uploaded them to LL, but I did include a direct link to my IMGBOX as well.

A tutorial, comic way ! :classic_biggrin: And with that afro, gosh what a stylish tutorial !

Your way of doing it is faster than what I'd have imagined, particularly your trick of using the eraser tool to remove parts supposed to be underneath others (while I go full anal and copy-paste the parts which are over others for my part). Also the posing step indeed requires some pre-thinking. It's all much clearer right now ; good job ! :D:thumbsup:

I also think that tutorial would deserve a good place in the tutorials area of the storytellers club : just lcick on the start new topic green button on the top right, and paste a link to your entry (without using any tags, the system should embed it by itself). K5RIBNNq_o.gif

Malicia : « Hi-i♪ Mr Bob Ross ! I'm gonna ask Tirloque to try your fashion advices so I look like an expert even when undressing. I'm gonna have a great career now, yes. Thanks ! :classic_happy: »

Ok, so I linked it to tutorials area, didn't realize I could post there,

Thanks for the thumbs up, I will do a more advanced one in the future, but I wanted to start simple, especially for new Photoshop folks, Just figuring out what all the tools do, took me years ?

Thanks, I'd be interested to see those tools, and how they are used ?

Excellent tutorial! It's rare that I actually am interested to see one through to the end, rather than just skip around to what I want to see. Very informative and useful! A bonus to this is that your stories just got better in my eyes (as if that were even possible!) Now that I know how much work goes into these. Overall, great job!

Ok love and absolute genius to use Bob Ross! While the point of this was to be a tutorial, I was expecting for you to include s9me off Bob Ross’s quotes like “happy little trees” or something.

Oh, I'm sorry, translation difficulties. The tools are basically the same. But I use paint.net over ps. And prefer to use 'basic' lasso over magnetic, despite the fact that then you have to work with an eraser. Rather, the choice of taste than convenience.
Very few people here on LL work with the effects and apply them on the image itself. Even fewer people do the tutorials on this theme, so, thank you again.

Hmmm, now I'm gonna have to do one where he draws some, "happy little bush" on her vagina ?

Ok so that's what I imagined. You take 2 pictures of the character, one without clothes and one with and then you tweak the clothes in a photoshop layer.

I did it once or twice in my stories but never as much as you do because it quickly becomes complicated mostly because you have to take care of the shading and pay attention to the way the fabric is folded.

Yeah, I think I may have a problem!
