Yes female "warrioring" is always dangerous. And yes, even worse when they get in over their heads as this heroine did.

I can see Ludi becoming jarl of Windhelm. 
Either Queen of Skyrim or maybe Empress.
There's just something about her that's going to cause her to rise to power.

I'm envisioning an alternant ending here, where the Moon Dancer moves to the Emperess and slams a Dagger of Sacrifice through her neck, and rips it out.

Thats actually a much better ending, and makes absolute sense now that I reread and see how pointless his presence was. But, it is a "good end" which wasnt the goal in this particular case. If I ever do a peril type comic again (which still not sure) I will consider a happier ending.

Yes  it would be a perfect opportunity as everyone is paying attention to the flogging, and they are training assassins, bada bing, bada boom

Bittersweet ending as the princess would probably still die from her abuse.

But still a good story as is.

if there was no guards watching her, she could be rescued from that crucifix on the beach. She might still die from being captured, humiliated, broken, defiled and impaled hands, but it would be better than on the beach.  IF rescued it would be off to Skyrim for her. Hiding her away in one of 2 places she could recover and live out what is left of her life in exile and hiding her shameful defeat.
 

Alt ending # 4562: After Recovering in Skyrim's ( Broken oar grotto or Wolf Skull Cave) Prince Delias and her few loyal guards knowing well that if Empress Mead heard she was freed and lives, the wicked witch of the south might look for her even in Skyrim and that the Islands north of Morowind  would be better to hide in exile for the rest of her life leaving the Life of Death Dancer Princess Delias behind starting her exiled life as..

well whatever she would do there, should she ever return she's still damaged goods  and would never show her face in her homeland again.

Ha ha when reading that I was just thinking "so many places to go and screens to take". I'd love to explore it further but ultimately this was a one shot...so this alternate tale Delia (and all the other characters in it) are just gonna be done now. But they're all characters that are also in tales of 6th era (including ones like the captain who hasnt even appeared yet in tales)...so all can appear again in there in some capacity later.
