- Sue, the former Natick prostitute, now lives in Ridge. The Cabinet suggested her as a potential wife for Charley.
- The former raiders Carl and Willy are living in Concord

- Despite a few flings, Charley never felt any kind of long-term attraction to Seth. He's living in Sanctuary and they remain friends.
- Marcy Long and her brother Jun are living in Sanctuary. Marcy remains skeptical of Charley but grudgingly has to admit that her quality of life has improved a lot since their rescue.

The Cabinet
- Blake and Connie Abernathy own Abernathy farm. It is a major food producer and a Minutemen base.
- Jake Evans is the de facto mayor of Concord. He continues to work on improving the ASAM system to help rebuild the city.
- Stef Ainsleigh is the mayor of Sanctuary. She also tends to act as a proxy for Reach, which increases the weight of her voice in the council.
- Trudy owns Drumlin Diner. It has become the gateway for almost all outside trade with Concord.
- Red Tourette is the commander of the Concord Rangers. She is most frequenty at the Ranger station just north of Natick.
- Mustard Dean is the mayor of Quarrytown. She is also a Captain in he Minutemen and her settlement is the main training base for Minutemen recruits.
Foreign Contacts
- Elder Maxson is at Logan Airport onboard the Prydwen, seemingly wholly focused on stabilizing the Brotherhood's presence in the Commonwealth.
- Alexia Gray did not get the unilateral concessions she wanted from Charley, but seemed receptive to arranging a summit between Concord, Vault 81, and the Brotherhood. Presumably, she is working towards this goal.
- David Hunter is analyzing the Eyebot data Charley recovered, after which he plans to travel to Concord and take up his post as Brotherhood of Steel ambassador
- Mayor McDonough has ceded Home Plate to Charley as Concord's consulate in Diamond City and seems intent on putting any hard feelings involving the Piper Suite behind him
- Gwen MacNamara has become less obstructive to Charley's efforts since she revealed the control section of Vault 81. However, she remains committed to maintaining her own sphere of influence in the Commonwealth.
- Cedric Mansfield is working hard to turn the Vault 81 guard corps from a barely functional militia into a more professional fighting force, including setting up a number of outposts on "his" side of the Charles.
- Scribe Haylen is stationed at the Cambridge Police Station.
Other People of Interest
- Jack Cabot wants to talk to Charley. His manservant implied that he could flex some soft power on Charley's behalf.
- Bart Cole is the mayor of Ridge. He's theoretically part of the Cabinet, but he usually lets Stef Ainsleigh speak on his behalf.
- The cabinet has decided that Trudy's son Patrick should become part of Charley's family. Exactly how this will play out remains to be seen.
- Dr. Wolfe has decided to remain in Diamond City, at least for the moment, to work with Dr. Faraday.
- The ghoul Wiseman is the leader of The Slog. The Slog opted to remain independent from Concord, but welcomed the presence of the Minutemen. As of July of 2288, it is the Minutemen's most north-easterly outpost.
- Supervisor White is the leader of Graygarden. She is aligned with Concord.
- Trish and Amos Paisley are the owners of Greentop Nursery. They are aligned with Concord.
- John Peterson is the leader of County Crossing. It is nominally an outpost of Bunker Hill, but has long been functionally independent and is now aligned with the Brotherhood of Steel.
- Kessler is the de facto leader of Bunker Hill. While the trading post's reach has diminished over the years, they remain independent and are an influential regional player.
- Valery Gray died in Vault 111, but her influence persists beyond her passing
- Cosmos is the leader of the settlers at Fiddler's Green. They're friendly to Concord as a matter of philosophy (but then again, they're friendly to everyone) but they functionally maintain independence.
- Joseph Bird is at the Minutemen base at Forest Grove.
- The Mechanist is still out there, occasionally causing trouble.
- Dirk is the commandant of the Minutemen base at Sunshine Tidings. It's an important logistics hub for the Minutemen as well as their main collection point for prisoners.
- Darla survived her confrontation with Nick and Charley. Perhaps she's back in Goodneighbor?
Other Points of Interest
- Charley is interested in showing the magazine article about the ESA's space suit design for an intersex astronaut to Cain, thinking that perhaps she could modify the power suit to work better.
- The armorer's kit is missing some of the parts necessary for a man to use the power suit. Tracy told her that unless she finds the missing parts, only women can use the power suit.
- Piper hasn't decided if she want so to publish the photo of the naked Nightingale yet.
- Charley tabled the discussion of her wigs with the Cabinet, but eventually needs to revisit it. Perhaps they'd be receptive to her getting a wig in her 'natural' hair color.
- As a parenthetical note, it's interesting that Valery Gray was a redhead, and Charley originally picked out a red wig. Another subtle demonstration of the conditioning she was subjected to?
