It's Surreal 2.1, but so far as I know the author has hidden it on nexus.

Hi Ramasesll, This is SE. The belly button piercing is from Omake Mini Bikini mod(cant remember where from) and the nipple ones are from Sharkish Piercings on nexus.

Thanks! Didn't happen overnight though, this is years of getting better with racemenu and the highpoly head is a huge crutch lol I've had many characters that I look back on now that I think are ugly. In fact pretty much all of them until I started this last batch haha
