Good lord..the skin is AMAZING.  What skin is that and what other appearance mods did you use?   And is that a high poly face?  If so what mods?

I know this is a late response, but I use Fair Skin Complexion. It is indeed a high poly head. SG Eyebrows(high poly), KS Hair, True Eyes(Might be hard to find) and "Eyes AO Clipping fix". That's it.
