Dumping All Ini Settings Read By The Game

1. Foreword   Since there seems to be quite a bit of confusion on the internet about which ini keys the game reads, here's a method for dumping all sections, keys and default values straight from the exe. Testing two mods...

Mod test day. First time installed Pervert - Immersive prostitution and harassment. Hardship was tested as well. I was pleasantly surprised about these two mods! And I was surprised about myself that I haven't installed them in the early beginning when I started to mod Fallout 4. Interesting scenarios, new cells, new dialogues.
