  1. You've done most of what I could do already with this: As you accurately ascertained, that's indicating that overlays should, barring any issues with LooksMenu, applying overlays properly. Since it works without UAP, that's something to be asking Ulf about. Could be due to a change he's made in UAP, or simply a whoopsie in some XML somewhere.
  2. Just gunna add on a bit of a rant for others reading, not so much you, you're probably all too aware of all of what I'm about to say; It's shit like what you've replied to there, that, on top of people not reading or following direction given when they came asking for it, in some cases refusing to read anything but what they're told, that have done, and continue to, burn us all out. There's the occasional well-meaning, ignorant person, who is actually willing to learn and put in effort themselves to fix their issues, but the sheer volume who act entitled to your time, is insane. For most of us, once our desire to create or support our/other's mods is outweighed by anxiety and dread at the thought of it, we pull back, either partially, or entirely, and often, just disappear. I lost interest in further developing my own overlay's mod for other reasons, but I've spent a quite significant amount of the last three years, almost four, helping out in the AAF Discord. The Fucking Manual was both a blessing and a curse. Significantly reduced how many people were struggling to get mods set up properly, or troubleshooting their issues. It also, however, meant most of the rest who did make it into the AAF Discord, are either completely ignorant or incompetent, are literally brand new to even owning a PC, or just not reading. Or on top of one or more of those issues, also don't know English, or use a poor translator. We do this in our spare time, same as pretty much everyone else, spending their free time downloading and installing all of this. Which I feel people tend to forget...
  3. That seems... ill-advised, running separate scenes in rapid succession, especially more than a couple of 'em. That was actually one reason I was initially considering listening for and using OnAnimStop, rather than OnSceneEnd, but decided against it 😂 And that seems statistically improbable, but not impossible... Unless that's the only overlay applicable for the anim tags present, and even then, "Vaginal_1" is part of the 'Belly' group, which has 6 others available in it 🤣 Now that is interesting... Would need a fair bit of digging to work out if that's more down to how those mods work, how LM applies/sorts overlays, or something my mod interacts with/does. This is kinda the crux of the problem. One of the main reasons I 'offloaded' the actual overlay application to AAF, is LM's overlay handling was a bit... Obtuse, and by the sounds of it, might be a bit prone to issues with overlays of the same 'name'. Looking over the AAF_API/MainQuestScript is brain-hurty at the best of times, so I'd have to ask Dago about that. It's possible it's something 'solvable' in AAF's overlay application, to avoid that 'same overlay' issue, or at least adding them with a different priority, which may 'solve' it as well. TL;DR: In essence, yes, I could probably add a check, I'm just not sure it'll do a whole lot. If you/others could do some testing for me, it'd be a great help. Things like the third quote there, of 'if there's X or more overlays of the same name, only Y will be found/removed' (and details like 'requires re-registering showers etc. to remove each one). I might pin somethin in the AAF Disc (general NSFW probably) about it later, if I remember/think of some other stuff to add, namely more 'step by step' for 'how to give me info I need to maybe fix shit' 😂 I'll have a think, at least. That, I think is related to AAF/LooksMenu, and the 'timer' breaking when you load a save with overlays. I'd assume it's just breaking the timer in some way, so that it doesn't get removed as it should, but it seems to only happen when people save while they've got overlays on them, and end up loading that save. Other than implementing my own check on that, which... I'd rather not add more running scripts to saves with AAF enabled than there already are, I suspect it'd break in a similar way, if I did try that 😅
  4. They're off by default. If you toggled it from the default, you just turned it on 😂
  5. I don't think they'll find a workaround for that. The only real solution I'm aware of is saving, exiting, and reloading the save. Also occurs if the player alters their hairstyle via LM or in-game barbers, and starts AAF Scenes, I believe. Actually, it starts at 0%, and goes through a fair few "breakpoints", but the most common one is 68%, which is an XML error breaking the parser, preventing it from finishing loading. Also how long it takes on loading a save depends on a few factors, including if the game and mods are on SSD's (same or different ones). Mine used to take ~20-60 seconds before it finished loading and stabilised again, now it usually takes 3-10 seconds (SSD, and less of a load overall, usually).
  6. Then you're on your own. Point being, Indarello's is a nightmare to deal with, and while I can point users in the right direction, I won't be putting much time/effort into digging anything that crops up while it's being used. If people clear out their install, have stuck to the Fucking Manual, and still run into the same issues, sure, clearly there's something to look into. Usually two main culprits for overlay-related issues which people often mistake as coming from my mod: Indarello's, Or MCG. If you have neither, FF overlays are definitely disabled in the MCM, and still have those overlays happening, then I'd need a papyrus log from a session where you've encountered it.
  7. @Saya Scarlett had that recently with Get Dirty. Dunno why, works fine for me. Can toggle shit in its MCM to basically 'reset' it, but it won't really prevent it from happening again. Then you're on your own.
  8. I fixed that a few pages back, but must have forgotten to add it to either Downloads or a link somewhere on the page, so I'll chuck a link in the main body.
  9. This is like stabbing yourself in the thigh every day, and wondering why you have a knife sticking out of your leg every morning when you wake up, so you decide to stab it every morning, then remove it there and then, but you stab it back in again in the morning anyway. Stop opening the fucking in-game "Mods" menu... That is entirely why it is doing that...
  10. Can also confirm that one, had it occur once to me as well. Haven't had it since. @twistedtrebla Suggestion: During a Hypno approach, if you're 'too hypnotised to resist' or 'hypnotised enough and play along', the following scene should be considered 'consensual', in a similar manner to the Fan approaches and getting drugged. Would also like a hotkey option to reset all (current) approaches, but that's minor. The 'butt slap' sound effect's initially rather loud, but otherwise nice, and I like the 'molestation' bit, too. Would like to see that expanded upon a bit more if possible (like 'hypno', 'consensual' version of it).
  11. Slight flaw with the 'trip' chance with RC8: You can, rarely, 'trip' when moving the camera around in an AAF scene. Which then breaks the camera controls, as it changes your actual character's animation, and you lose camera controls (and any scene controls) until the scene ends, and you stand back up (also had to `tfc` to fix the camera). 😂 Even better, I think that's the only time I've had that event trip, too (which is now getting left OFF) 😂
  12. Just an FYI: As pointed out with RH, you can indeed use F4SE functions to get around that/get attached OMOD's. SKK's OMOD stripper does this, as another example. 😉
