Been a while since I checked. Has the compatibility problem been solved yet? Assuming anyone's working on it at all of course.

I can't see a lot of issues in this load order. A minor thing would be to move update.esm right after skyrim.esm since this is the recommended spot. You do have several mods that affect followers and NPCs but I am not sure how they would influence Alicia. Have you tried moving Alicia before BBLS esp files? I don't use that mod but it looks like it is changing follower behaviors. By all means, keep the suggestions coming. I shall go try Alicia now with the suggested changes and see what happens.

A lot of these mods are tricky to understand for me. d As you can see I currently have Alicia disabled since she was so glitchy. I also disabled Amazing Followers Tweaks when I suspected that maybe it was causing the Alicia issues. And since I mostly only use Vilja and AFT doesn't work on her, I just left it disabled.

Hey. Just downloaded her. When I quick-loaded in the dungeon, my game crashed. Every single time I try to put any kind of clothing in her inventory, the game game crashes instantly. With one exception. She doesn't seem to mind wearing 'Ragged Robes". Also when I try to equip Sanguine's Rod the weapon wont appear in my hands. It stays on my back, even though it seems to work when I swing it And she can't be removed from my party. The message "follower has left your service" appears, but she doesn't budge and continues to appear on every new map I zone to.

Bumping because the problem persists

New problem. Any time ANY attempt at initiating sex in bed takes place, the game freezes and I have to use task manager to close it out. Non-bed scenes work fine, barring minor misalignment issues(With the exception of oral sex, which tends to have major misalignment issues. But otherwise works fine) I have Lover's Hook and Lover's Comfort, Theft/Seduction, and Solutions. Also up to date SKSE and Lab. Do I need to list every single non-Sexlab mod I am running?

I use the ADEC body for females and Favored Souls for males and it all works fine (some alignment issues depending on the animation). ADEC is currently TBBP compatible (you have to install Dragonfly's TBBP stuff just like any other TBBP) but the included skeleton with ADEC works perfectly. You are not required to use XPMS, but some type of BBP/TBBP enabled skeleton is required. Used to be with CBBE you had to install Cherry Hotlings CHBBSCSAAFSLGHASHF (whatever the hell it was called...) mod prior to CBBE. I switched quite a while ago to ADEC, so not sure what the current instructions are (I believe Body Slide is now required to be used now to get it to proerly work with BBP from the info on the CBBE page). Haven't looked at UNP in a while (UNPB would probably be a better choice) but UNP and 4uDIK are not REQUIRED at all. Also, it's definitely not more complicated that Sexout - you only need SexLab and 1 plugin, sexout requires at least sexout and scr/ssr to work, plus a sexout mod to actually initiate sex. Oh, and that mod may require Zaz, or Tryouts, or Store, or Slavery, or any combination of those depending on the mod. Currently for sexlab there is no dependencies among the plug-ins (except for the Murder, Theft, Seduction mod, which only requires any other SexLab mod to initiate any kind sex). When you are testing these, are you doing by starting a new game, or are you using an existing game save? If using an existing save, try doing a new game and see if you have the same issue. Skyrim is known for not playing nice when changing things mid-stream (particularly removing things). Also, make sure when removing things make sure that everything related is gone (if you are not using a mod manager of any type, you could be missing removing something manually, and that can cause all sorts of fun...) This where mod managers are really useful. I use NMM and have never had an issue installing/uninstalling mods with it. Wrye *ash (not sure if current is "Bash", "Smash", "Dash", "Flash", whatever, so I call it "*ash") reportedly works well. Mod Organizer is a something that people rave about, but there always seem to be reports that it has issues with FNIS. Never used it myself so not sure. If there is a lot of mod/texture droppings in your data folder that it is causing fits, it may be time to do a completely clean install (remove all mods, verify cache through Steam, reinstall mods, then try a new character). Hopefully it won't come to that... As for the wrong requested animation playing, that could be either the plug-in used to initiate sex, or SexLab itself. Frankly I'd post that problem on the thread for the mod used to initiate sex, not here. Clearly you understand all this stuff more than I. Half the things you said get a great big "Uh..." face from me. lol. So I do need SOME sort of skeleton? Any particular one you'd recommend as being most compatible with what I've already got? And yeah I am indeed starting from a brand spankin' new save. I only just reinstalled Skyrim on this computer. Though much to my surprise saves from before it got uninstalled WERE in fact still present. I think Steam must have saved them somehow, though I ain't sure how. I had to completely scrub this hard drive due to ransomware a month or two back. But I deleted the old saves and started a new game since I had new DLCs and mods and didn't want to be bothered with the inevitable compatibility conflicts. Are you using Lovers Comfort/Hook by any chance? Both actually. Is that the issue? Should I remove them? I'm more bothered by the blacked out body parts than the wrong/misaligned animations.

First time around, total disaster. I had CBBE for nude bodies...which worked fine when undressing female NPCs, but the moment the sex animation played the Merchant Sister's body became black except for her head and hands. And no sex animation took place. I went back to SexLab Framework, and tried installing all the "suggested"(Not required.It really should say Required if it won't work without them) mods like UNP for females and 4uDIK for males. I did not use XP32 Skeleton because there are no instructions whatsoever on how to actually install it. It just dumps a ton of folders and files and then seemingly expects me to figure out where they go on my own. Maybe I missed something in the description. This time the animation played, but instead of Anal(as specified) Oral played. And the penis/groin area of my character is blacked out. Any ideas on my next move?

I just added this and SI. I also added the Katie Mod http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/45150/? However Katie remains clothed during sex. Did I do something wrong? Also, the armor she wears is just regular leather armor. not that skimpy armor she wears in the pictures. In fact several Companions I've installed that wear that skimpy armor in their preview pics, appear normally clothed in-game. Where do I get that? Edit update: So I've advanced the relationship with Katie, but problems persist. First even when she is told to do oral sex on my character, the animation that plays is my character performing on her. The dialogue and text messages in the upper left corner all indicate she's the one performing though. It's just the proper animation that won't work. She generally remains clothed during this, but a few times she did strip briefly. Then the clothes would reappear, mid-sex act. When I specifically choose to perform oral on her, she strips naked as she normally should, and the scene plays out as it should. That aspect seems to work fine. Edit Update: I have the other SI mod Humping the Mojave that's kind of like SexoutConsequences, adding contextual sex encounters to the game's normal quests. Using that I went to Ghost at the Mojave outpost, and discovered that whatever the problem is, it doesn't seem to be Katie's fault. When commanding Ghost to perform oral, the animation shows my character performing on her, just like with Katie. ghost does strip herself naked for the act though, unlike Katie.
