  1. This is the LE/Regular Skyrim forum for tech support. For Skyrim VR/SE, post in the appropriate forum: https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/
  2. The default femalehead.nif had this problem - the UV is not symmetrical, most notably around the eyes. There were mods for LE that fixed this (I think the femalehead.nif included in ECEE, for example). High Poly Head does not really have this problem to the same extent. This looks like a preset that was morphed from the low poly default head to the High Poly Head. That would inherit the asymmetry around the eyes. As @Andy14 said, it's not a texture issue. The polygons around one eye are stretched and the texture follows the polygons. Fix the mesh and you fix the problem.
  3. You mean the author of 3BA, who only makes absurdly proportioned anime characters with ridiculous physics wants us to adopt their new physics framework so we can all inhabit the same twisted, persistent adolescent nightmare they can't seem to grow out of? No, thank you.
  4. First of all, this is the LE technical support section. For Special Edition, you should post in the forum that is dedicated to that game version: https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/ Second, you can't use a .nif exported from Racemenu as a facegen .nif. The .nif structure and shape names will not match what is referenced in the .esp. You haven't provided a screenshot of what your NPC faceparts are named, so I can't offer more specific help. You'll need to export facegen from the CK and then use your .nif exported from Racemenu to make corrections to that exported facegen .nif. Perhaps if you watch this video tutorial it will help you understand and correct the issue.
  5. If you're still getting a border or if you're trying to use a resolution (iSize) that doesn't match your native resolution you can use something like Simple Runtime Window Editor to force any application to take up the full screen (or force it into a window of any size, any position on the screen, etc.): https://github.com/dtgDTGdtg/SRWE Why don't you just disable the game bar? Windows-I for settings, Gaming, and toggle the Game Bar off.
  6. In LE, you can force windowed mode fullscreen without any additional programs. SkyrimPrefs.ini: enblocal.ini:
  7. You can guess all you want, but that's not an accurate account of what happened or why this mod is no longer on Nexus. The person who uploaded this mod is not the author of any of the three follower mods that were included within it. They simply combined them and reuploaded without permission from the individual mod uploaders which is against Nexus rules. CD Project Red gives permission for their assets to be uploaded or included in mods as long as they are free, but Nexus protects the rights of users who create, compile and share their own work. Taking the work of others and compiling it into another mod without permission is clearly defined as being against the Nexus site rules for uploaded content. Whether you agree with these rules or consider them "radical" is irrelevant. Users must agree to follow these rules when they create their account.
  8. Those polygons are what the terrain mesh looks like. That you're seeing them means that the meshes/textures you're using for snow terrain and/or textures are using bad normal maps or parallax. If you're using VRAMr, why not just disable its output and test to see if it's the cause? Otherwise, use the console to identify the mesh and find out which mod is changing the .nif or its textures. Then you can check your load order for conflicts or try installing alternative snow mods to check the result.
  9. You're posting in the wrong place. This is the technical support forum for LE/regular Skyrim. You should post your issue in the tech support forum for your game version where you'll be more likely to receive help: https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/
  10. If not set to ignore the weather system, SSS will use per-weather settings. If not set in the individual weather ini files it will revert to default values which will be wrong. Set IgnoreWeatherSystem=true and all weathers will use the values defined in enbseries.ini.
  11. In enbseries.ini look under [SUBSURFACESCATTERING] and check the following: Amount EpidermalAmount SubdermalAmount If these values are too high this can exacerbate aggressive direct lighting. If IgnoreWeatherSystem is not set to true then the ENB preset you're using is garbage.
  12. You have to forget how other games animate meshes. You shape the mesh to the body then you skin the mesh to the skeleton's nodes via the body. There are nodes in the skeleton that have "twist" in the name, but nothing like a dedicated pivot point. You skin the outfit to the body and the vertex weights are transferred to the outfit mesh. You might want to look at some video tutorials that describe this process, and not something from 10+ years ago. I suggest these: https://www.youtube.com/@ciraeyna-mom/videos
  13. Did you enable the SLALAnimObjBillyy.esp? If so, is anything relevant printed to the console when the animation starts without the associated animobject?
  14. Always read the FAQ in the first post: You must install the resources (.esp plugin not required) from Devious Devices.
