Thank you. ❤️ I can't be sure without testing but it might work. I didn't change the temple but I think I do remember placing a few markers for scenes. So if that mod doesn't change the layout too much, it should work. There's no safe way to jump start I'm afraid. After uninstalling True Directional, did you restart the quest?

I run a pretty minimal setup and I can't really test these but thanks for letting me know. I have about 3 full story quests planned out with most of the dialogue already written but I don't know which one to do first. 😅 I'm kinda stuck. Who's your favourite character from the story?

I don't want it to be too complex. 😅 Thank you so much. ❤️ It should exclude locations like that. Maybe I missed one. But Skyrim can also just be a bitch sometimes. It likely selected the character when they were still in a normal place after which they moved. I'll take a look. Thanks for the suggestions. That could be fun. But it's gonna be hard to make working as a merchant interesting beyond it just being kinky.

I'm really glad it works. ❤️ You're not the first to suggest this. I've heard a lot of good things about Frayed's work. The thing is that I don't really play other people's mods. You've read the letter at the end so I think you can guess why. But maybe I should try their mod.

Do you have the papyrus log from when it fails? If you do I'll take a look. Maybe there's a clue in there. I don't know if there's anything I can do about it. I could maybe replace the door with an uninteractable version. But I don't like adding complexity for small stuff like that. I'll add the keyword next update.

There should be a metal pole you can interact with. That's on me, I should've made it more obvious. Can you give me more info? Did you try those parts multiple times? What version are you using? Do you experience other issues in your game?

The custom catsuit could be great but I'm not sure. That's a good one. I'm planning on making new story quests and I'm going to do a full playthrough before I do. It's not intended to be that deep. You can kill him or pickpocket him if you've got the stats. I never had trouble killing him there. Do you play on a higher difficulty? I thought I did a bit. I'll take a look at it. That's part of it though. That part being a bit dangerous is part of the helplessness. That's a hanging thread that I left hanging on purpose. That's a good one. That's intended. She's a manipulator an expert thief but she's not a fighter and her confidence is often fake. I get you but the journey back is intended to be long. If you keep jumping back and forth it wouldn't feel meaningful. 😂 I'll fix it. I keep forgetting about the relationship rank. I'll look into it. You may by in the minority. Though I'm not sure. That's odd. I didn't experience any issues myself. I'll keep my eye out for more reports like yours. That's gonna be my explanation from now on. That's tricky. Mannequins are actually NPCs that have their ai disabled. So when you equip a restraint on them it'll probably try to play the animations. Which could break the mannequins. The only safe option is using "disabled" devices without it's functionality but you'd probably have to mod that yourself. You can update whenever you want. No new game required. There are seperate mods who add voices to mine but it likely hasn't been updated yet. I don't have the link, sorry. 🥲 Seriously though, there are replacers out there but I sadly don't have the link. That's tricky. This mod is made in LE and converted to SE. I'd have to readd it everytime I update the mod. And the stock is already near the limit. I had to remove a bunch of stuff a while ago because they inventory would bug out. Yeah I noticed that too. Kinda stupid of me. I think I'm gonna autostart the quest when you complete the basement playerhome introduction. It should be on a table in one of the rooms. Do you happen to have a inn replacer installed?

That's a good idea. Thanks. Crap, I forgot to explain how to start it. 😅 That's odd. This isn't the first report from an SE user with npc pathing issues. I didn't change the navmesh though. I'll keep my eyes peeled for more reports like this. It should work I think. It just stores the name of what it took and tells DD to equip the device that it stores. But I'm not familiar with how NG works. I'll keep also keep my eyes peeled for reports about this. Damn, I didn't think of that. Good catch. This is how the barrel works: it stores the name of the restraints you're wearing while it removes them. When you use it again, it just tells DD to equip restraints with the same name. So you essentially get new ones, not the same ones. I could maybe add a check for lock manipulation and maybe jammed locks, but that would make a complex bit of code even more complex and prone to breaking.

v3.55 is out now! It's a small update that adds a small introduction quest for the new enchanted barrel in the player home. I could've just added the jail door and called it a day, but I want stuff like this to fit into regular (kinky) gameplay. This one took longer than I wanted. Testing wasn't smooth and it took it a while till I found what I wanted. Let me know what you think. Here's the changelog for v3.55: Added: [Restraints and Renovations] A tiny quest that introduces and unlocks the new enchanted barrel in the basement player home. After completing the quest, use the enchanted barrel to fully unlock all generic restraints. When you do, a new jaildoor will lock you in the basement. When you're ready to go, use the enchanted chest again to lock the restraints back on and the door will unlock. Fixed: The invisible PlayerHome quest that's used to start the little introduction scene was mistakenly set to 'Start Game Enabled'. What does that mean? It means that the little quest starts when you start the game. While it's a tiny quest with almost nothing in it, it's still a waste. It will no longer do that. Fixed: The little introduction scene where the shopkeeper shows you the basement home was repeatable and that wasn't intended. The dialogue where you ask about the trapdoor will disappear after that little scene. This one took me 2 hours to fix because I tried to use the PlayerHome quest to track progress not realising I messed up the quest with the Start Game Enabled and the Run Once checks. If you're reading this and on the fence about creating a mod. Run. Just kidding. Kinda. Why did nobody tell me?
