Well, the height difference isn't that extreme here, it's 5'9" vs 5'4", so not the greatest one I have at my disposal. Some animations also just make it pretty simple, most of this one (by GreyNaya) falls in that category I'd say. Other than that, I use WW positioning and choose camera angles where things look decent (I position separately for the different angles if necessary).
