Royal family mod pack
This challenge is kind of a legacy challenge designed around the idea of a royal family. In CAS, you may either create a king, a queen, or both.
Royal Mod Description:
Once you’ve created your founder(s), place the household on the largest lot available, preferably 50 x 50, or if playing in Newcrest, 50 x 50. Once they have been placed, use a money cheat to give your royal family anywhere from $1.2 million to $3 million. Move your household into some sort of large building, preferably a castle. Start Playing!

A good bit late to the trend, but I finally got around to creating an actual account for artbreeder and convert Gina.

Not necessarily what I've expected. The more I used the slider the less strains of hair she got in her face. The less I used the slider the less realistic it looked. But I like it.

Now here's something I may have spent a little bit too long setting up ?

EDIT: That's 42 sims by the way, the idea is to use this setup to make a video (I did start doing a pool party scene like this at one point, so this is a partial redo of that). Probably won't be able to get started on that for about a week or so though, but at least I've set it up

So I've finally got to the point of starting to make a video based on this! Spent some time making a kind of intro/preview, I left out the audio for this one as I'm probably gonna be editing it more (removing a number of hard audio cuts that are still in, because the exact length and order of things here might not be final) in addition to throwing in some music at some point. Still kind of wanted to share though, as in general I like to make incremental progress with these kinds of things and see how it turns out along the way. I hope that people don't mind.

Some things here were actually a bit tricky, like the shot where Linnie is getting out of the backdoor of the limo out front, because I had to find an animation that sort of worked, also I discovered that with that many sims around the game actually gets laggy pretty easily if you're recording, moving the camera and having sims move around (which requires the game to process their pathfinding) which threw some wrenches in some shots I originally wanted.

Been a bit of a lurker on here for awhile, and I really love the screens/vids/content! Recently started learning about ReShade/sim photography,  and its been a fun time. I also started making over different townies. I'm very curious what tools/reshade presets that you all use to get these amazing shots I keep seeing in here. Also, any recs for good paired/group posepacks? I feel like there's so much that I still have yet to discover haha.

I recently made over the Behr Sisters and the Caliente Family:

Also, is there a way to make images you upload to LL forums smaller? I feel like these are huge.

After inserting the image into your post, double-click on it and a window will pop up giving you options to change its size.

This is incredible!  I have longed to set up large set pieces like this but I am eternally intimidated by trying to coordinate using a large number of sims.  I love the final frame of Owen smoking a cigar on the balcony.

Separately, here are sims inspired by an artist rendering of Disney princesses as femme fatales that I recently found.  My favorite thus far is Snow White.

LOL
I had set up sims for group shots and had just begun recording more footage for my video, but somehow I had stupidly(!) decided to incorporate someone using a grill into some of the shots. Guess what? It caught fire and basically ruined everything ???

Though luckily I did manage to shoot this overview before that happened so I have some kind of reference for setting everyone up again...

Sorry to hear that. You play with fire, you get burned. Sims play with fire, everything burns. Keep children sims away from stoves, grills, and campfires. ???

Loved your last video BTW.
