Faster Book Animations

View File

a must have mod for speed readers, it makes flipping book pages much less aggravating.

demo video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an4OoH4Orak

tip: adding this to your skyrim.ini will help speed things up even more

[Interface]
fBookOpenTime=200

lower numbers are faster but it tends to bug out sometimes (100 seems to be the best setting for the "ludicrous speed" version)

Hmm, pretty sure STEP project mentions a INI tweak that does exactly the same thing.

it's not the same thing (and that tweak is in my mod description) that tweak only increases the interface speed of the book moving towards the camera when you pick it up.

i remade the actual hkx animations for the books to be faster, therefor everything is faster including the page turning.

whats the first file in relation to the other three?

that's the source file, it's what the animation was made in before it got exported into usable hkx files.

if someone wanted to edit the animations in someway (and has 3ds max 2010) they would need those files to do so because hkx files can't be edited.
