These are the mods i use on my skyrim which my first main problem is wyre bash doesn't detect my mods so i cant make a bashed patch which is probably why it crashes.

How would i fix this?

Also here are my mods and if there are any mods that do better or more things than those or a mod that does what 2 or more mods do please suggest them

If you look into Mod Organizers folder, you can find a folder named profiles. Inside that is a text file called load order. You can either attach that or copy paste its contents.

You need to make sure the Mopy folder from Wrye Bash is inside the Skyrims folder where tesv.exe is. You need to configure Mod Organizer properly to use Wrye Bash. You do that by clicking the gears icon at the top left.  Modify Executables windows will pop up.  By Title put Wrye Bash. By Binary, point it to Wrye Bash exe inside Mopys folder. Checkmark the use applications icon for shortcuts and the the close button. Do not checkmark the Close MO when started box. To use Wrye Bash you have to use it from within MO. There is a menu on the top right where you can scrol through a list of stuff. When its on Wrye Bahs, select Run. It should open Wrye Bash with a list of your mods from the profile you have open in MO. Do not try to close MO while doing Wrye Bash stuff.

Ive done that but it still doesnt detect anything and it clears all my enabled mods after i leave. Its still not finding it.

I think i figured it out, wyrebash is somehow connected to my skyrim SE edition which could explain why its not reading my mods.

it was using the SSE so now how do i use this command to link it to original skyrim?

You seem to have used the Installer version of WB and it either installed wrongly or there is something going on, like stuff is put on differnt hardrives and it isnt being detected.

Uninstall Wrye Bash from the Windows control panel and if it asks if you want to delete its settings, click ok. Now download the stand alone executable from this link.

Wrye Bash at Nexus and use WinRAR or 7Zip or whatever to extract the Mopy folder. Put the Mopy folder into the Skyrim folder where the Skyrim exe files are. Do not make a folder called wrye bash and put Mopy into it. Just put Mopy there as it is named. Then hopefully it will work. Go over the steps in my previous post again if it does not.

Sladen meant post it here. It is your load order and nothing to do with Wrye Bash.

When you use Mod Organizer and MO together, you are not supposed to open Wrye Bash  by itself. Open MO and keep it open. Use MOs ability to use Wrye Bash by configuring MO to use WB through its executable options.  On the top right hand corner is a small menu where you can choose which tool to open. WB should be listed in there.

Even if i open it in MO, the outcome is still the same. It does not show my mod list, it only shows the bashed patch, skyrim and the dlc's. After i close wyre bash it turns off all my enabled mods for some weird reason.( Its bottom first then 2nd from top, then third from top, then last the top picture.
