Yes it's a mash. The boob covers boots and gauntlets are from the skull armor/tera armor pack. The rest of it I'm not sure on.

Because it's done by the author, it's not gonna be publicly available. I would grab the cstring from shitty uunp or gomapero (tumblr, you'll know it when you see it) but as for the texture, you're gonna have to texture it yourself or find the texture used.
