Someone that knows how to mod pls help

So i want to start with some modding but don't know what i'm doing. 

My Plan is something for Skyrim. 

If a Female NPC sees the Player Character naked, then she should go to him with a dialoge option, that starts a Sexlab Scene.

How do i do it?

if there is a Mod that does that then i will take it.

The best way to learn anything is to dive right in.

Start with a smaller mod

Edit other mods and see what they do

watch tutorials

edit scripts and look at them to see how they work

 

What you want to do is advance. if you have a programming background it might be easier for you to learn. If you're going in with zero experience, you've got a lot of learning to do and no one can post anything that will give you the abilities. There's no real short cuts, sadly.

Scent of sex can do what you're asking, not so sure about the dialogue part...

He wants to mod Skyrim not create mods.

There are lots of tutorials, video and written, out there. Modding your game involves something of a learning curve and is not as simple as download this, click that and bingo.
