Nepro Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 @Kissinger When your player's willpower will drop to zero she will submit herself to the slaver and she won't try to escape on her own. Each time the slaver will abuse the player her willpower will decrease. I dunno if freeing oneself with a lockpick will work, but in my opinion it should.

[/quote'] Well one is to gain enough favor with the master to be granted your freedom, second is to find the key to the door and run, third is to kill the master with your fists.

The script keeps track of meals on time, bedtime cooperation, and 'deserts'. On the other hand, if you can find a bit of metal... that can give a chance to filch a key from or 'muscle' the man. There is a part 2 if you go the obedient route. @Kissenger and Nepro If you are at 1 will with submission on, and you try the lockpick minigame you should get a message instead of the tumblers. Your only chance of freedom is perhaps your master being killed or you being sold to someone who is killed. Depending on who and where... it might mean endgame for you (time to reload an earlier save). Mem

He/She will have the more expensive items. The less costly ones -should- be in the bag. This may be an instance when it did not survive a cell reset or game restart. Mem
Ichabod Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 Bisquits: The enslave on sleep should only be a small chance. I am going to change the code design on it to see if that helps. I am also putting in a chance choice for the options list. I think I will put all Lovers Bitch items in the addons as I cannot figure out why it is still missing stuff. Good resources in there anyway. Friendly NPCs may not release you. Only High Responsiblity ones do it (75+). For most that is guards and the like. Gallows should be there permanently. Only the extras spawn at the execution. There should be 5 Gallows on the edge of the road turning left outside Weye (from the signpost out). The Rumare mod looks very busy in that area, so could well have something in the way. I have left the guard vanilla options untouched for PSE. You can still go to jail or pay the fine if you need. Submission means you will not find any lockpicks however you can still pick them up in the encounters sometimes. If you are broken outside an encounter you need to restart, wait for a slaver or hope you are found by a guard. There are three ways to deal with the Maid encounter: Submission, Stealth and Strength. The latter two need you to reassert your freedom with the minigame first. Then all your keys are enabled. There are also items around the house which could help in a break out Your inexpensive items should still be in the bag. The game does seem to glitch out sometimes and lose them. No idea why it is doing that. Still looking at it.

But I still can't seem to get a journal entry when caught sleeping by a slaver, although he does talk to me. Arriving at the camp, everyone is silent. Is there anyway to trigger the relevant conversations directly via console?

Got it working. It appears that if the player character is sleeping too close to the camp, the slave trader takes the PC directly to the camp, rather than hopping on a boat first, and then the camp scenes don't play out. It did seem that ownership stayed with the slave trader when entering the camp directly, as my PC followed him around rather than the Dark Elf. But the drugged boat ride seems to have solved that. So far everything else has gone smoothly and I've managed to start the maid quest. Impressive work!

aeroflare Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Just incase anyone was wondering the problem with Ganredhel or any other npc that I've noticed (such as Rena Bruiant from Lover's Bitch) is that they seem to not work correctly with xeosp++. If I load PSE after xeo she works fine but she sticks with her vanilla face model. Seems to be a trade off between the mod working correctly or her face being not hideous. Was just wondering if someone else found a way for them to both work correctly (I'm guessing working it into a bashed patch or something). Currently my xeosp++ doesn't like to work unless its the last or near last thing in my load order. Edit: And yeah, solved it by incorporating part of xeosp++ into my bashed patch

Vivi Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Hmm i always get the "I have no greeting" stuff with Lord Pellham after returning to him for the 2nd part. Is that working as intended and i just didnt wait enough or its conflicting with something? But now that i think of it i had "I have no greeting" with him all the time even during the first part. Except when he came to talk to me. Edit: Fixed. This no greeting shit started happening to almost all npcs in the game so i got suspicious. The problem was a mod of my own creation, i had to move it to the beginning of the load order but now all works fine.

Even though I am having a couple of issues with it, the whole idea makes the world a much more dangerous place. The trouble I am having is this. Whenever I am taken in viewable range of Slaver camp or enter the Ganredhel basement interior cell , I instantly CTD. I'm not sure why since every other part of the MOD seems to function perfectly. I decreased my mod count significantly to see if I could isolate the problem. Maybe I missed something on my last re-instal. Here is my load order. caenissnow Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 I'm having the exact same issue as Magikaldoll. If I go anywhere close to the camp I ctd. If I do the wait thing though and basically "teleport" right to the camp after being taken, nothing happens at all when I get there. Everyone just stands around looking awkward. This part worked fine before but I'm not sure which version that was. I also do not have LoversBitch installed. Never really wanted it. Does it have to be installed to do the camp now? I didn't need it before and it worked fine. Went through all of the Lord Pellham part.

Icha has already stated he'll be including those in the next update of the resources/addons file. Until then, I think you should be fine if you simply install LoversBitch. Activating the esp shouldn't be needed afaik.
