Anim not working: You can try reset in the status menu but usually it is a conflicting mod like FNIS Sexy move.

FNIS warnings: Usually missing files or an incorrect version. Did you make sure to install - latest full version and then the latest update over top, both for the correct version of Skyrim (SE/LE)?

SCB conflicts with sexy moves? I never noticed.
