The quest doesn't really say what to do so i'm not sure what they mean by just "Contemplate on your knoledge." Thats not an action that you can just do. Beside when i get capture by chained beast it is stated that i should have 4 device lock on me, one each time then the fifth time its suppose to be a punition. Or if your do "Quick capture" then it goes straight to punishement but for me either way the chained beast just die each time. Either when it reach the fifth stage or straight away when on Quick capture.

If stuck, have a look at the walk though story, link on download page. Not sure why the punishment is not working. For the player there should almost always be a punishment option available. Maybe try the capture/self-capture test spell (with quick capture active) for some different types of beast while near a ZAZ furniture. You can disable the animation itself in the MCM (under debug-stripping settings); with it disabled the victim will just be stuck in place for a few seconds while stripped.

(Get it from the MCM>Debug-testing section) What happens for NPCs? are chain serpents supposed to have ice wraith effects because that may be the issue as the game might confuse it with an ice wraith and not work right ending in the chainbeasts instadeath instead of punishment on both players and npcs. however while using the debug the debug punishment tests went perfectly fine
shadowwolf2k7 Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 Have you thought about adding an outcome that will send you to a former follower via Submissive Lola or Devious Followers where the follower says they will free them, but they have to agree to either become Lola or accept being their slave via DF.

That's already possible indirectly via simple slavery so adding direct links is not a priority. You can test any type of beast with the test spell (choose what beast in the MCM). If capture with the test spell works, but not with the same beast from a mine/trap/... then I'm at a loss; they share the same code....

That's already possible indirectly via simple slavery so adding direct links is not a priority. They have some ice wraith related effects, but the only difference between the chain serpents and the other beasts would be that the serpents disintegrate when they are killed. Come to think of it, being exposed to Pheromone beasts should really also raise exposure. Will have to see.

It won't hurt anyone if they (for whatever foolish reason) install the voice file without also installing the main file. Insisting on the esm already being active OTOH means I've to install the main file first, deploy, then install the voice file and deploy again. Deploying can take several minutes with a large LO, not a major problem, but a waste of time. Removing scb installed check should be as easy as commenting out a single line. First installing scb and then the voice files allows it to automatically pre-select the right options, but I guess there is no real reason to enforce it. SkyrimChainBeastsSLUTS.esp ModuleConfig.XML 1

Unless someone already tried and can answer this all I can suggest is try it and report back. Tech details: There is a chance it works; from what I understand alternate animation (movement sets) should work with Nemesis as well, However, the mod does do one trick to get the riding animations; it forces a default ideal and then applies an alternate animation set after the (N)PC is mounted. That works with FNIS but I have no idea how a Nemesis setup responds to that. You can use - `test player crawling' in the MCM>debug to check if the movement sets are working - check quick capture (MCM>gameplay), test beast (MCM>debug) to eg spider and cast the test spell (get from MCM>debug) allows quick testing to see if riding animations work. 1

Yes that would be cool. If only there was a quest that allowed you to get such a spell... Spoiler There just might be a way but such power does not come cheap, you'll need to work for it...and I mean a lot... Try summoning a beast and then sleeping. Spoiler To find a summoning tome (for a simple, rather rusty beast) check the ratway table, but... well you'll see.) If you kill one, Spoiler you can ride it wherever you like using the `reanimate and ride' spell (yes it works on more than just spiders...). > Just stands there. You can see where it's trying to go by choosing `where am I going' in status menu. In a pinch there is the fast forward option there as well.

I selected it during installation (and made sure the esp was enabled), but when I encountered a chain beast on the road I was still captured. Konakona9400 Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 Sorry if this has been answered before or is on the first page but I did not see it. How does this mod deal with followers? I am looking for mods that will ensure when I am defeated and sent off to be a sex slave my followers are suffering similar fates to myself and adds that extra challenge of saving them (or joining them) when I manage to get free.
