So I've been looking for some milking mods (both male and female) like Milk Mod Economy from skyrim. Are there any such mods for TS4?

Devious Desires already has milking features. It would be interesting if Wicked Whims had something similar as not everyone cares to have two competing frameworks in the same game installation.

Well, for me the decision was easy as I had to remove WW due to security reasons.

With DD I still care about a few mods which break due to a TS4 update but at least the sex mod does not break monthly and needs an update. It sounds too good to be real but it's like this.

sure, but i (along with many others) am not interested in downloading a mod made by a rape fetishist. are there any WW addons for it? or do i just have to pretend ?

Don't download WW or any other mods. You never know which fetishes the mod author has. You know what they post about sex in general and how they defame other moddes but you don't know what they do when they are offline. They may do the complete opposite.

If you don't like a rape fetish there is no need to install this DD module.

It may be true that authors of ego shooters kill many people every day to improve the game but I doubt it.
I also doubt that ColonolNutty has 20 fetishes but of course one never knows. He seems to spend a lot of time coding so it may be hard for him to satisfy them all.

I noticed that with the gender option drop down menu in Create a Sim there is now an option for "Does this sim produce milk" and I haven't ask but was this EA or WW that added this option?  Also, does this have any "fun" implementations other than breast feeding babies?

It was patched in the base game in update PC: 1.96.365.1030 / Mac: 1.96.365.1230. I haven't tried any mode that has milking actions. In addition, it would be great to find a milking mode that also allows you to use Breast milk in ingredients if you have cottage living.
